Alex

We walked to the couch. We sat down.
"Alex, the ring is so beautiful," she said. I looked at her. She is looking at it. "It is."
She looked at my arm. "You are still wearing the bracelet."
"Mhm."
"Now you can admit that you made it for me and that it stands for Alex," I said. She giggled as she looked at me. "I didn't make it for you and it doesn't stand for Alex. What are you talking about?" She asked playfully. Oh, so she is still not going to admit it? I smirked as I quickly grabbed her from her waist. I sat her on my lap. I will make her admit it.
She giggled while we looked at each other. "Admit it," I said. She giggled as she got closer to my lips. "No," she said teasingly. She giggled and looked away. I grabbed her cheek and squeezed it. I made her look at me. I looked at her with a smirk. I kissed her. She kissed back. She wrapped her arms around my neck. She played with my hair. I took my hands down to her ass.
We backed back. "You're not going anywhere before you admit it," I said. "Well, I guess I'm going to stay here the whole day," she said playfully. I smirked. She got a message. She grabbed her phone.
I kept looking at her.
She then put it down again.
She looked at me. "Alex, I need to go now, me and the girls are going to the salon."
"I told you that you're not going anywhere before you admit it," I said while looking at her. "Alex," she said playfully. I looked at her not saying something. She tried to stand up, but I tightened my grip.
"Alex, come on, I need to be there in fifteen minutes."
"Admit it."
"No," she said while she giggled. "Then you're not going anywhere."
She tried again to get up, but couldn't. "But I need to go."
"You will go if you admit it."
"Fine!" She shouted. I smirked. "I admit it, now can I go?" She asked.
"You have to say that you made this bracelet for me and that it stands for Alex."
"Alex, come on, I said that I admit it."
I just looked at her still waiting for her to say it. "Fine, I admit that I made this bracelet for you and that it stands for Alex."
I smirked. Finally, she said it, it wasn't that hard.
"Are you satisfied now?" She asked while looking at me. "Mhm."
"Can I go now?"
I let go of her. She looked away. She was about to stand up, but I grabbed her arm and pulled her back. She looked at me. "What now?" She asked. I kissed her on the lips. She giggled and kissed me back. We backed back.
"I can drive you if you want."
"Sure," she said with a smile. She stood up. I did too. She grabbed her phone and her pouch. She walked out the door. I followed her. We got into the car. I started to drive to the salon.
"Alex, I don't think we would be able to see each other a lot today."
Oh, fuck. That's so boring. I have to prepare myself for a boring day then.
"You could have given me a warning that bad news is coming."
"What new?"
"The news just told me."
"What?" She asked confusingly.
"That we will not see each other a lot today."
She giggled as she looked at me. "Alex, we will see each other later."
"Yes, but still."
She giggled.
We arrived.
"Bye," she said kissing me on the cheek. "Bye," I said. She got out. She walked away.
I drove away.
I parked the car. I grabbed my phone.
Me: Are you guys busy?
Josh: I'm free.
Dylan: Not busy.
Elijah: I'm not.
Dylan: Where are you, Alex?
Me: I'm outside.
Josh: Let's meet up then and buy our suits for us groomsmen.
Me: Sure.
Elijah: Meet you guys there.

I put my phone away. I drove to the flower shop. I arrived.
I got out of the car. I walked into the shop. I searched for Peony flowers. I found it. I have a lot at home, but they all are to Bella. I went to the lady at the cash. "Hey," she said. I nodded. "I want every type of flower in one bouquet," I said. "Alright sir," she said. She grabbed the flowers and made it a bouquet.
"That will be $700."
I paid. "Thank you, sir, have a nice day."
"Thank you, you too," I said as I grabbed it.
I walked out. I got into the car.
I drove to the suit shop. I arrived. I got out of the car. I got into the store. They aren't here yet. I went and sat on a couch waiting for them.
I heard the door open. I looked toward it. It's them.
"Hey, Alex," Josh said. "Hey."
"So, black suits?" Elijah asked. I nodded.
They started searching for their suits.
"We found it," Dylan said. I looked at them. They are all holding their suits. "Nice, try them on."
They walked to the changing room.
Me: Are you alright?
Bella: Yes, what are you doing?
Me: I'm with the boys, they are finding suits and they will be the groomsmen.
Bella: Great.
Me: I bought the flowers.
Bella: I'm excited to see them.
"What do you think?" Josh asked. I looked up from my phone. I looked at them. "Good, you guys will be able to find a girl," I said. Josh smirked. "Oh please, I can find one easily," Dylan said. "Mhm," I said.
"Let's change," Dylan said.
They went to the changing room. They then came back.
I stood up. We walked to the guy in the cash. "Hey," the guy said. We all nodded. He scanned Elijah's suit first. "That will be $599."
Elijah paid.
Dylan went after him. "$450, sir."
He paid.
Josh went after. "$499, sir."
He paid. "Bye, have a nice day."
"Bye, you too," Josh answered. We walked out.
"I need to go home and put the flowers in the water."
They nodded. I walked to my car. I got in.
I drove home. I arrived. I got out. I took the flower with me. I got in. I put the flower in a small vase with water. I took my phone. I called Bella. She picked it up. "Hey, Alex."
"Hey, my angel."
"Where are you?"
"I'm on my way to the airport."
Airport? Why is she going there? "Why?"
"Because I'm going to pick up my uncle."
"Oh, are you in a taxi?"
"No, I'm with the girls, in Alice's car."
"Alright, my angel," I said. "Where are you going after you pick your uncle up?"
"Well, I need to know first where he wants to stay."
"He can stay with us, my angel."
"It's fine, he can stay in my apartment."
"My angel, he can just stay with us, plus then you can spend time with him."
"Alright," she said while giggling. "But are you sure you want him to stay in your house?"
"Yes, my angel."
"Thank you, sweetheart," she said.
Anything for my angel and her family. As long as she is happy, I am too.
"Alright, bye," she said. "Bye."
I put my phone down. I sat down on the couch. Max walked toward me. He jumped on the couch. He sat beside me. "Max, be kind when Bella's uncle comes, alright?"
He barked. I smirked. "I know, Max, you are always kind," I said as I petted him.
I heard the doorbell. I stood up. I walked to the door. I opened it. It's Bella and her uncle. "Hey," he said.
"Hey," I said. "Welcome in," I said as I went to the side so they could come in. He walked in. Bella followed him while looking at me with a smile.
I smiled back. She looked away. Her uncle turned around and looked at me. I closed the door.
I turned around and looked at him. "Alfred," he said and took out his hand. I grabbed his hand and shook it. "Alex."
We let go of each other.
"What about we sit down?" Bella asked breaking the silence as she looked at the couch. "Sure, dear," Alfred said. He placed his bag beside the door. We walked to the couch. We sat down.
Bella sat between me and Alfred. "So how old are you?" He asked while looking at me. I looked at him. "I'm twenty-six."
"Mhm, how did you and Bella meet?"
I looked at Bella. She quickly looked at me. I smirked. I looked at him again. "We met each other at work."
"Interesting."
He looked at Bella and then at me again. "So are you ready to be a dad?" He asked. "Yes, I'm ready," I said. "Good."
"What about you, dear?" He asked Bella while looking at her. "I'm ready, uncle."
"That's good," he said with a smile.
"I can't believe my little dear is going to be a mom," he said sadly but still sounded happy.
Bella smiled at him. "You guys need to take care of each other and the baby," Alfred said while looking at us. "I will take very good care of them," I said. He looked at me as he nodded. He looked away. "What's the name of the dog?" He asked while he looked at Max that is standing beside the TV looking at Alfred. "Max," I said while looking at Max.
"Hey, Max," Alfred said. Max barked. Alfred laughed. He looked at me. "Thank you for letting me stay here," he said. I nodded. "Uncle, do you want to rest?" Bella asked him. "Yes, I had a long trip."
"I can show you your room," I said while looking at him. He looked at me and nodded. We stood up. "I will get my bag first," he said as he walked toward the door. "I can take it," I said walking faster toward the door. "Oh, thank you," he said and stopped. I walked to the bag. I grabbed it. We walked upstairs.
We went toward the guest room. I opened the door. "Here is your room."
"Thank you."
I got in. I put the bag beside the wardrobe. I walked toward the door. "Bella loves you a lot," he said. I stopped. Huh, why did he suddenly say that?
I love her too. She is the light of my life and will always be.
I turned around and looked at him. "She wants to spend the rest of her life with you. You mean so much to her, never make her sad."
She means everything to me, I will take very good care of her. I will never make her sad. I hate myself when I make her sad.
"I'm getting old, I need to be sure she is in a safe hand," he said.
She is in the safest hands, nothing bad will ever happen to her.
"She is, I'm going to take good care of her and our baby, don't worry," I said.
"Good..."
"Bella struggled a lot at a young age, so never disappoint her, she can't handle more pain."
Wait, what? What happened with Bella?
"What?" I asked as my voice calmed. "I'm not going to go into detail, Bella decides to tell or not, but promise me to never hurt her."
Fuck, I want to know.
"I promise."
I would never in my entire life hurt her. She is safe with me. He nodded.
I turned around. I walked out. I walked downstairs to Bella. She is sitting on the couch. "Alex, the wedding starts in some hours, I'm so excited," she said happily. I sat beside her.
Bella struggled a lot at a young age, so never disappoint her, she can't handle more pain.
I can't get this sentence out of my head. I want to know every single thing that happened to her. That's important for me.
"Alex?"
I looked at her. "Are you okay?"
"Bella, can I ask you something?"
"Of course, you can."
I cleaned my throat scared of what I will hear. "Did something happen to you when you were younger?"
She looked at me confusingly. "What?"
"Like, were you struggling with something at a young age?"
Now she looks more sad than confused. Oh, shit. So something did happen.
"Alex, I was talking about that the wedding is starting in a few hours, aren't you excited?"
Since she isn't answering then it must be something hard to tell. But I need to know. What if I one day say something that reminds her of it? I need to know so I will what to say and what to not say.
"I am excited, but tell me, Bella."
"Well, we should get ready," she said as she quickly got up. I grabbed her arm and pushed her down again.
"Bella."
"Alex, we need to get ready," she said.
"Answer."
"Alex, stop it, we need to go."
"No, answer."
She tried to get out of my grip. "Alex, let go of me."
"What happened, Bella?"
"It's none of your business, let go of me," she said angrily. Is it that deep? What the heck happened?
"Bella—"
"Let go of me," she said angrily.
"Please, tell me."
"No, stop it."
"But why?"
"Because it's none of your business."
Her voice loudened. I can hear the pain and anger in her voice. She is ignoring eye contact.
I grabbed her by her waist and sat her on my lap. "Bella, what's going on?"
"Alex, let go of me."
"Can I know what happened?"
"No!"
Oh, she is very mad. "Stop asking," she said as her eyes filled with tears. "Why are you even bringing it up?" She asked almost crying.
"I'm..."
"I'm sorry, Bella, I wanted to know so I wouldn't say something that will remind you of it."
"Oh, but asking about it won't remind me, right?"
"Bella..."
"Let go of me, Alex."
Her eyes filled more with tears. "You need to tell me."
A single tear ran down her cheek. "Bella."
"Why did you remind me of this, Alex?" She asked painfully looking down. Oh, fuck. I didn't mean to make her cry. I only wanted to know. I quickly pushed her into a hug.
She hugged me back tightly.
"Don't cry, I'm so sorry."
"I..."
"You what, sweetheart?" I asked stroking her hair gently. "After mom and dad died in front of me, I struggled with a lot of things, Alex..."
"I even wanted to take my own—"
Her pain is like hell for me. I can't imagine her doing that. Thank god it didn't work. I'm so glad she is okay.
"Shh," I said stroking her hair.
She kept crying. She buried her head into my chest. "Bella..."
"I love you a lot," I said. She hugged me even tighter. "I'm so sorry, I didn't know you went through that."
She slowly backed back and looked at me. I placed my hands on her cheeks. I wiped away her tears. "I love you."
She smiled. "I love you too," she said.
"Now, let's get ready for the wedding," I said. She nodded as she got up.
"I will go to the salon and get ready there," she said. "Alright, my angel," I said. She got up. I took my phone.
Me: Boys, I'm going to get ready.
Dylan: Me too.
Me: let's meet up in the salon.
Elijah: Sure.
I went and grabbed the flowers. I walked upstairs. Bella then got out of the room. I hide the flowers so she doesn't see them. She looked at me with a smile and walked downstairs. I got into the room. I grabbed the bag with my suit. I put black suit shoes in it and flowers.
I walked downstairs with the bag in my hand. Bella is standing beside the door with her bag too. I took my keys that were in the drawer beside the door.
"Let's go," I said while looking at her. She smiled, but a painful smile. She is still sad. She opened the door and walked toward the car. I followed her. We got into the car. We put our bags in the backseat. I started to drive to the salon.
I looked at her. She is looking out the window still looking sad. I looked back at the road. I put my hand on her tight. She looked at it and then at me.
"Are you okay?"
"Yes."
"Are you sad because of the talk we had earlier?"
"Alex, let's not talk about it anymore."
"Alright, my angel, I'm sorry," I said as I kept focusing on the road.
She bent forward toward me. She kissed me on the cheek. "Don't be," she said as she sat back. I stroke her tight.
We arrived.
"Well, see you later then," she said while she giggled and looked at me. I looked straight. I then looked at her with a smile. "Are you okay?" She asked while she stopped smiling.
Bella is the first girl who doesn't use me for my money, many girls only want to be with me because of my money. She actually loves me and not my money.
"I am, my angel."
"Are you sure?" She asked and put her hand on my cheek. She strokes it. "Mhm," I said. "Good," she said with a soft smile. She took away her hand. She grabbed her bag from the backseat. She took it and put it on her lap. She looked at me. "I don't think I will see you before the wedding," she said. That's too long for me. I sighed. "I can't wait for that long," I said. She giggled.
"It's not that long," she said while giggling. I smirked. "I need to go now," she said. "Alright, call me if something happens," I said. She kissed me on the lips. I kissed her back. "Alright," she said. She got out of the car. I drove to the salon.
I arrived. I got out of the car. I walked into the salon. All the boys are there. Dylan turned around. "There you are," he said. "Here I am."
"We ordered an appointment here for you, so you should get on your suit," Josh said. "Thanks, I will go and change."
I walked to a bathroom. I changed into my suit. I walked out again.
"Sir, you can sit here," the hairstylist said. I went and sat down on a chair. I saw from the mirror that the boys sat on a couch behind me. The guy started to do my hair.
"Alex, are you ready for the moment when she will be walking toward you wearing her dress?" Josh asked. I smirked. "I can't wait."
"Done, sir," he said. I stood up. "You look great, Alex," Dylan said. "Thanks, Dylan."
"Anyway, we will go and change too," Josh said. I nodded. They stood up and walked to the bathroom. I went and sat down. They came out. They all are wearing black suits, with a flower on the right side of the chest.
"What do you think?" Dylan asked. "Good."
"Well, let's go to the hall," I said as I got up. We went out. I got into my black Rolls Royce Phantom. Josh got into his black Mercedes S-Class. Elijah got into his black Audi A7. Dylan got into his black Ferrari 458.
We started driving.
I looked in the mirror to see the boys. They all are driving in a line behind me. Josh is behind me, Elijah is behind Josh and Dylan is behind Elijah. I focused on the road. It's a clear road. I saw from the corner of my eye a car beside me. I looked at it. It's Josh. He looked at me with a smirk. He looked straight and drove faster. He drove in front of me. I smirked. Do you want to play, Josh? Sure then.
I started driving faster. I drove beside his car. I looked at him. He is already looking at me. He smirked. I smirked too. I looked straight. I drove faster. I drove in front of him. We arrived. I parked my car. The boys parked beside me.
I took the flowers. We got out of the car. I walked to the boys. Josh turned around and looked at me. He smirked. "It was fun, right?" He asked. I smirked. "I had to play with you before you get married and soon be a dad since you will be very busy with your family," he said while looking at me. "I will still have time to hang out with you guys," I said while looking at him.
"Are you guys trying to make a sad scene?" Dylan asked. "It's not working," Elijah said.
I smirked. "Not actually, I just wanted to have some free time from Alex, but that's hard when he is obsessed over me," Josh said. I smirked. He smirked too.
"Let's go inside," Elijah said while walking toward the door. We followed him. He pushed the door. It's a double door, and it's huge. He got in. We did too.
I took my phone up.
Me: Pick Bella and her friends up when she is ready and get her to the hall.
The driver: Alright, sir.
Me: Send another driver to my house and pick her uncle up too.
The driver: Alright, sir.

I put my phone down. I went into the hall. Everything is ready. It's many flowers and tables around the room. Also seats for the guests. There are many wedding designers around.
A young girl around nine or ten walked towards me.
She looked up at me. I looked down at her. "Hey, I'm going to be the flower girl. I can take your flower?" She asked softly. "Here you go," I said and gave her the flower. She giggled and took them. "Thank you, groom," she said with a smile. "You welcome, flower girl."
I smirked. She walked away with a smile. "Alex is practicing how to be a good father," Josh said.
I looked at him. "No, I just talked to her."
"Yes, but you were far too calm to be yourself," he said. "What did you want me to do?"
"Shout?"
"Well, that is typically you."
"No."
"Alex, we know you better than you know yourself," Josh said.
"Josh, I do have time to kick your ass before the wedding begins, you know that right?"
He smirked.
I looked around. I saw the cake. It's very huge. They walked to a room with it. People started coming.
We walked out of the hall. We got into a room.
"Are you ready?" Elijah asked while looking at me. "Yes," I said while looking at him. "Let's go," I said. We walked out. A lot of people are coming. I saw George.
I walked up to him. "Hey, Alex," he said. "Hey, George."
"Congratulations," he said while looking at me. "Thank you."
"George, do you want to be the best man and the witness?"
"It will be an honor."
"Thank you," I said. George is like my dad, it would be great to have him as a best man and witness.
I looked behind George. I saw my grandparents. They are my mom's parents. My dad's parents are dead. I only have my grandparents left from this family and my uncle, but from the day he threatened me with Bella, he isn't a part of this family anymore. "Oh, Alex," my grandmother said. "Excuse me, George," I said as I walked to them. "Grandmother, grandfather, welcome."
"Oh boy, you got so big," she said putting her hand on my cheek. "Who is the lucky girl?" Grandfather asked.
I looked at him. "She will come in a few minutes," I said while smirking. "Congratulations, dear," Grandmother said and stroked my cheek. "Thank you, Grandmother," I said. "Congratulations."
"Thank you, grandfather."
"Hey," Josh said to them. "Hello," Dylan said. "Hey," Elijah said. "Hey, boys," Grandfather said.
"We will go and take a seat," she said. "Let me help you, guys."
"No, no, it's okay," she said. They walked away while holding each other's hands. I want me and Bella to be like this. Hold each other's hand until we die.
