Alex

I sighed. I walked to my office. I sat down. I worked for a bit. I stood up. I walked out. "Guys, you all can take a break," I said. "Thank you, Mr. Belinskij," one of my employees said. I nodded. I turned around. I got in. I stood by the window looking out. I heard some laughing outside. What's going on? I walked out again. I stood by the door.
Oh, they are doing a fashion show. Bella is also there. She is watching them.
"Mr. Belinskij, we're having a fashion show, do you want to join us?" David asked. Bella turned around. We made eye contact.
"I can watch," I said walking toward them and looking at David. They all cheered me up, not Bella though.
She looked away from my eyes.
I came and stood beside her.
She is ignoring eye contact. "Who's turn is it?" Kate asked. "I want to try," Lily said.
She started to walk. "Sir," I heard a girl say. I looked at her. She is standing beside me. "Yes?"
"When will you decide whose idea you will have for the next fashion?"
"Soon."
"Alright, because I wanted to say my idea but I don't have a good one yet," she said. "No worries, you have some time to come up with ideas, so don't stress," I said. "Alright, sir," she said with a smile.
I turned my head around. I made eye contact with Bella.

She looked away. I looked away too. They started to get closer to each other.
Everyone is getting pushed into each other. Bella got pushed into me. I wrapped my arms around her waist. She looked up at me.
"Be careful," I said. "Not my fault I got pushed into you," she said annoyingly pushing herself out of my grip. Her back is still toward me. Oh yeah? Why is she acting like that?
"I didn't say that."
She kept her back toward me ignoring me.
"What's that attitude for?" I asked. "I'm talking to you."
"When someone is not answering that's a hint to shut up," she said. How dare she talk like this to me?
"Bella."
"Don't give me that attitude again."
She didn't say something. "Well, maybe if you stop being such a jerk, I will change my attitude."
She looked at me. "Watch your mouth."
"I'm your fucking boss."
I lowered my voice.
She sighed.
"And I'm your fucking girlfriend."
"Doesn't mean you're allowed to talk like this to me."
"Just as I will always be yours I will also always be your boss," I said.
"Unless I quit."
I smirked. "That's not happening."
"Why not?"
"Because I'm not allowing you to leave."
"You can't force me to stay here."
I bent forward close to her face. "Alex, stop, everyone is here," she whispered. "And?"
"I'm talking to my assistant," I said.
"What type of boss stands so close when they talk to their assistant?"
"Me."
She looked away annoyingly. "Oh, by the way, I didn't forget what you said earlier."
She looked at me. "What did I say?"
"Before we got into the elevator, Bella."
"Remember?" I asked. She didn't say something. "Fine, I'm apologizing for what I said."
"You're saying this without even meaning it," I said. "I do mean it, I know what I said was hurtful, that's why I'm sorry."
"Mhm, right," I said not believing her. "Alex."
She lowered her voice. She quickly covered her mouth with her hand. I looked at her.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to say your name out loud," she whispered. I sighed. "Can we talk in your office?"
"No need," I said. "Alex," she whispered. I sighed.
"Guys, the break is over!" I shouted looking up at them. They all walked back to their work.
"Now come, don't be childish," she said walking past me and toward my office. I raised my eyebrows. She got into my office. I got in too. She turned around. "I felt I was the boss when I walked in like that and you followed me," she said as she giggled. I leaned against the door frame. "Don't do that."
I looked at her confusingly.
"Don't do what?" I asked.
"Leaning against the door," she said.
"Why?"
"Because it's too hot."
I chuckled. Is that so?
I closed the door.
I looked at her. "So, I really apologize for what I said, I didn't mean to, and you know that."
"I do?"
"Yes."
"Huh, I didn't know that."
"Alex, don't exaggerate, I'm sorry for what I said."
"Bella, I even asked you if that's how you interpret what I do, and you said yes."
"That's because I was annoyed."
"I'm not the only guilty here, you are too."
"Me?"
"Yes."
"How is that so?" I asked.
"The way you talked to me in the meeting room, that was so rude of a boss to say."
"It gives sense why you gave me this attitude."
"Yeah, of course, you even embarrassed me in front of everyone in the meeting room, Alex."
"Just because I said I didn't like your idea?"
"Well, kinda, but also because you interpreted me and made all eyes on me," she said. "Because I told you I didn't like the idea, you didn't have to talk back, not my fault they looked at you."
"Wow, Alex, it feels like you have changed a lot, you aren't the same," she said disappointingly. "What?"
"You used to be so sweet no matter what, but you changed so fast and to someone far from what you were," she said.
