"Okay,Okay, our turn." I say laughing.
Me, my husband Kostas Papanikolaou, and couple of his teammates and their wives were playing "What was...."
(A/N: this is not a real game😑 don't be asking a couple if they wanna play "what was..." Because their gonna say what the hell is that😬😒)
It was a game where one couple asked what was, then saws a question after it.
"Ok, for Kostas, what was the name of the song when you and Kiki had y'all first dance?" James Harden says.
That was easy. I remember it like it was yesterday.
"Umm...." Kostas says. "I know it. I remember." He says.
"You got 1 minute" Dwight Howard said.
"Really? You don't know?" I asked a little surprised.
"30 seconds" james said as he counted down.
The thing is that I can't even help him. I was really disappointed when he didn't remember the song.
"Times up! You lost!" Dwight brags
"Well it looks like we have to leave." The guys say.
"See y'all next week." Kostas says.
As kostas closes the door he wraps his arms around me but I pushed him back.
"What's your Problem?" He says.
"Kostas baby, I'm just tired" I say as I clean up the place.
"Your upset about the song Isn't you?" He says.
"Not upset but disappointed. How can you forget, our first song." I say.
"Look, I'm not gonna argue with you about a stupid song." He says.
I roll my eyes then finished cleaning up. About an hour later I went upstairs to see Kostas asleep.
I tried to fall asleep but I just couldn't. I looked over at my clock to see it was 2:30am.
Kostas got up to go to the bathroom. He looked at me and sighs.
"Can't go to sleep?" He ask. I shake my head. He pulls me in and I lay on his chest.
"I'm sorry Kiki, for not remembering the song." He says.
"It's ok. I was being stubborn. It wasn't necessary." I say.
He stroked my hair as I fell asleep.
{The next morning}
When I woke up the next morning I didn't see Kostas in the bed. I took a shower did my daily hygiene then I went downstairs.
"Just in time, I was cooking breakfast." Kostas says.
He turns on the radio and we started to cook blueberry pancakes.
"I got the pancakes and smoothie, you do the sausages and eggs." He says to me
I agree then started cooking.
Kostas turned up the radio station and smiled.
"It's our song Kiki" he says. When I first listed to it I smiled.
He remembered it.
He started to sing "Remember The Time" By Michael Jackson.
He pulled me in. "It feels like yesterday when we had our first dance." He say.
"You remember." I said.
"Do you remember the time we first kissed?" He asked.
"Yea, it was-"
He smashed his lips on my lips. Moments later he pull off.
"Remember that" he says.
"Maybe you should remember that you left the pancakes on. And now their Burnt" I say
He laughs.
"I love you Kiki, Always remember." He says.
"I love you too" I say.
