Gotham City was in a haze today.

The gossip rate was almost as high as the crime rate.

Social media had blown up over the Wayne's. It always has been that way.

But Gotham Academy itself went into a ruckus, when the entire Wayne family failed to attend school in the middle of the week.

Sure, we all had absences here and there, due to the fact that that my siblings were Gotham's vigilantes, but none of us had all been gone on the same day. So when all 3 of us didn't go to school, gossip was passed like mono had the month before. (Don't even ask why.)

To make matters worse, I had been pulled off my AP Physics in Central City only on the second day of the trip. Nobody knew why.

The Wayne's never really left the spotlight, personal life or vigilante life. I had still not gotten used to it.

I thought it was one of the things so hated most here, but honestly, I had been dreading waking up. It had only been the day after I was caught in Central City, and again after I escaped the young justice league.

As if yesterday didn't cause enough stress for me, I know that today I would inevitably have to explain myself and how I got into this mess to the Wayne boys. I just hoped that they would understand.

I mean, I had gotten with living with Gotham's heroes for half of a year, without leaving a single trace or tidbit that I had been Dark Web. Not even a suspicion from the greatest detectives in the world, when my timeline was the exact same as my alter ego's.

I'm interrupted by my sleep by Dick, who gently shakes me, to get me up. When I'm alive enough yo function, my mind is dipped in confusion. My alarm didn't go off, and I had already missed half of school. I grateful for a break, because I needed it after a day like yesterday's.

"Viviana, Bruce wants us in the family room in an hour for a family talk." He gives me a smile, and walks out of my room, not even waiting for my reply.

I had been living with the Wayne's for 6 months now. We had never done a family talk together.

It was a large ordeal for me.

I peel off my pajamas, and get ready for who knows what.

I knock on Tim's door and ask him what the meeting was about. Tim says there's only been a couple of meetings like this one, in the years that he's lived with Bruce, but there was never one important enough for them to miss school.

I walked down to the family room early, beating everyone by being the first.

I take one of the recliners so I don't have to sit next to anyone, and I bring my knees to my chest. My hands can't stop fidgeting, as I keep twirling my hair around one finger, and the other arm is occupied as it is sling across my shins.

I must've look as stressed as I did during last year's exams.

Damian walks down into the room next, annoyed at me, because not only did I take his seat, but I had been first. Sucks to suck kid.

Richard practically skips into the room, without having a care in the world. It must be nice to always be happy like him.

Tim is exhausted as ever, the bags under his eyes permanent, followed with a mug that's almost permanently glued to his hand.

We sit in silence, until Bruce walks in, and looks at us.

"We're having a family meeting over what has happened in the last 24 hours. We're going to have a civil conversation, which means no fighting boys, okay?"
