Draco Malfoy was one pathological liar.
And Orion Mikaelson was a damn fool for ever believing anything that came out of his mouth.
Liar. Liar. Liar. Liar.
Was the only thing that came to Orion's mind the moment she walked to the hallway of the room she and Draco had been sharing for five nights, yet the moment she turned, she found the one and only Pansy Parkinson coming out of his bedroom as her eyes caught Orion about to walk towards the end of the hallway where Draco's room was.
She couldn't believe she ever trusted him with any of her secrets. Gods, what type of fool was Orion?
"Mikaelson?" The raven-haired girl had to tilt her head when she found the Mikaelson girl standing in the hallway while she closed the door behind her. Confusion was written all over her face, shown by how deep her brows furrowed.
Orion had to calm herself down for a few seconds before she mirrored Pansy, tilting her head as she tried her best to wear her confused expression. "What are you doing in Ceph's room?" she asked, putting both of her hands behind her, squeezing her own fingers, trying to calm herself down.
"Ceph's room?" Pansy once again tilted her head before she rolled her eyes. "This is Draco's room. Cepheus' is on the other side of the wing," the girl lifted an eyebrow. "Why aren't you in the breakfast room?"
Letting out a forced laugh that Orion hoped to God Pansy wouldn't try to pry, she tried to grin. "Oh?" the brunette jolted her brows. "My bad," she widened her eyes this time. "I was just about to, just needed to talk to Ceph for a few things but I'm sure he's at the breakfast table already, see you," she waved a hand, turning around before Pansy could say anything.
Walking as fast as she could, the Mikaelson girl pressed her nails to her palm, hoping she could swing her arms and let her knuckles meet Draco Malfoy's cheek or nose.
Because Orion did not miss a giant hickey on the raven-haired girl's neck that she didn't even try to cover.
Liar.
The moment Mippy walked into his room to tell him that Dimmy had unpacked all of Orion's belongings, Draco did not miss a second to go downstairs where everyone was having their breakfast. Every head inside the breakfast room turned the moment the blond stepped foot, every one of them instead of the brunette sitting next to Theo, she didn't even react, content with her peanut butter and jelly sandwich that she didn't even want to touch.
"Oh, I thought you said you had to go?" Pansy dropped her silverware, reaching to her serviette when Draco sat next to her, next to an empty chair in front of Orion that was supposed to be Cepheus' place.
Orion was slightly glad that he didn't choose the seat in front of her yet also completely pissed off that he chose the seat next to Pansy, who had finally concealed the hickey on her neck.
Still with his gaze stuck on the brunette witch sitting next to Cassiopeia, Draco took his serviette before placing it on his lap. "I thought so too," was all that he said towards the raven-haired girl who immediately placed her silverware down.
"Drac–" Theo's sentence was immediately cut by his house-elf who popped next to him, whispering something that could only be caught by Theo's own ears before he stood up and walked away from the breakfast table without uttering another word to anyone in the room.
