But I was injured with manticore's dagger and it was poisoned with night poison too. It weakened me and shadow travelling took more energy. The manticore kept shooting daggers. I felt tired and pain around my waist. My eyes started to blur. I was unconscious and weak. I felt something was squeezing around my waist and I understood it was the manticore's tail with daggers.

I tried to shadow travel but my energy wasn't enough. Then I only remembered my everything was fading out.

I opened my eyes quickly. I saw Nico was staring into my eyes. His eyes were... teary. Did he cry or something? What the hell happened? I felt so much pain in my waist. I touched my waist and felt something around my waist. There was a bandage around my waist. I looked at Nico.

"What happened? Where is the manticore? Are those humans went out safely?"

Nico nodded his head. "I was able to kill the manticore as you've hurt him a lot. You were... you were going to die! You're... you're poisoned with night poison!" his tears flowed out.

"How did you know that!?" I think I asked it so loudly as the echo of it went through the auditorium.

"You... you knew you're poisoned with the night poison!?" I nodded my head and looked down. "Ya! I'm the son of Hades... I felt that you're poisoned when you were gonna die...!"

"I'm sorry... I didn't want to tell you about it and... I didn't want to show others that I'm gonna die... the last time... I was poisoned then too." I confessed him the truth. He looked at the ground. "I'm sorry..." I don't want my brother to be sad like this.

"It's not your fault. It's my fault too. I didn't protect you by the manticore. Your waist must be hurt a lot. We'll go back to the camp and put some better medicine on your injuries." Nico helped me to stand up. "Don't worry. I have an armer. It's made of wind and it barely protects me by daggers. Fortunately, manticore's daggers hit me straight"

"Okay... now let's get back. Hold me tight. You can't shadow travel alone!" Nico put his hands around my shoulder and mixed with the darkness. We re-emerged in the mess hall. I think it was midnight as the whole camp was in dark.

"So, you finally back!" a voice said from our back. I turned around and saw Joon Ki was standing behind us. "Yeah... you waited for us?" Nico answered. "I'm tired. I'll get going" I left Nico and Joon Ki alone in the mess hall. I heard they were talking about something but I didn't pay attention to them as I was in pain cause of my injuries.

I closed the door of the cabin and removed the frock which is already ruined with the cuts of daggers. I looked into the injuries. They weren't that deep but they did hurt a lot. "Night poison" I groaned. I fell on the bed in my shorts and bra. It was a little comfortable as there was only my wind chest armer over my injuries. I was too tired so, I fell asleep quickly.

I woke up the next morning with a severe headache. It was killing me. I held my head tightly and rolled over the bed. But that move made my situation worst because my injuries started to hurt a lot. I got up from the bed while cursing that bloody manticore who hurt me like this.

I walked to the door and saw everyone had gone to the mess hall to have their meals. I went there slowly.

"Morning!" Ima patted my left shoulder which was injured with the poisoned dagger of the manticore. I twisted in pain. "Oh... I'm sorry... I didn't mean to hurt you" she said bending to me. Fortunately, she still didn't see my blood on her hand or she'll start to apologize like she tried to kill me.

"Nah... it's fine" I hid my pain and replied. I wentto the Artemis dining table and sat down. There was only me for the wholetable. BTS and Joon Ki had a special table near the table of Dionysus andChiron. Every girls' eyes were on that table and boys were staring at them in jealousy.
