"Yeah, some people can see through the magical mist. I don't think you can go out of the camp for a few days as it's not safe out the camp." Nico added another part. "We can't waste our time" I hurried. When we got out of the storeroom, the campers were waiting for me in front of it. BTS had calmed down. I think Chiron has talked with 'em. It's good or else they make fussed here.
"We're coming with you. I have something to settle with that manticore" Percy came to me. "Aww... how sweet... you wanna take revenge for Annabeth?" a camper from Aphrodite cabin said and everyone burst in to laugh. Percy blushed.
"Nah, it's fine. I and Nico can manage this. Alas, you have to stay here and train more. Gaia will awake soon and it's not good to get out of camp in the nights" I still didn't tell them about that Nyx helps Gaia. It can scare them and Gods too.
"Then we'll come with you. You're injured too. We can't let you go alone like that" Joon Ki who was silent all the time spoke up. "Count me too," Shennie said while looking at Joon Ki. I've never thought Shennie like Joon Ki like this.
"No! thanks for trying to help me. But I'm not going there alone. Nico comes with me too. Alas, we can shadow travel and we can return if it's too dangerous there and take a few of you too" I always liked to fight alone or I used to fight together with Alex but now he doesn't know me. "Then... we're leaving," I said before we mix with the darkness.
I and Nico re-emerged in the MWA auditorium. Some idols, fans, and some others who were in there were trying to hide. Fortunately, most of them had left the auditorium. I ran to a girl who was injured and helped her to go to a safe place.
I didn't see the manticore or the dracaenas. "They're still here. Nyx is hiding them. We have to be careful!" Nico warned me. I nodded my head and signaled to him that I got it. Suddenly, a girl started to shout. Everyone who was hiding ran to the auditorium doors and tried to open them. We looked at the stage.
The manticore was staring at me. "Quick! They have guns!" someone shouted. So, it means they can't see those bloody monsters. Sometimes I feel jealous of them as they don't see those weird creatures but sometimes, I feel pity for them as they just only see a small range.
"Let them go!" I shouted to take the attention of the manticore. I think I did a mistake. The manticore started to shoot me with daggers. I quickly mixed with darkness and re-emerged behind the manticore and shoot it with arrows and again shadow traveled before it turn around.
Nico took the responsibility of dracaenas and then I can deal with the manticore so freely. Anyway... we have to send those innocent people safely. Nico chopped all the dracaenas and sent those people who were stuck inside the auditorium. I was having fun by confusing the manticore with sudden attacks.
"You bitch! Come face to face! Are you scared of losing?" the manticore yelled.
"Sorry but no sorry... I emerged in front of him and mixed with darkness before he attack me. Nico was laughing at me and having fun with my funny attack method. "Wow, Vany... it's an amazing way to attack" he cheered me. But his laugh went away and his face was covered with pain.
"No!" he shouted and ran towards the manticore. It wascovered with golden ichor but still had so much strength.
