Chapter 20

Hi guys! 1K reads! Sorry of the updates are a bit slower. I've got 4 hour skating practices all this week and one show each on Saturday and Sunday. Sorry.

Rowan's POV

The battle was still raging. Our side had taken out half of their soldiers and we were proud. But we still had the other half to fight.

Martyn was still helping me, and I really appreciate it. Everyone is showing no signs of tiredness, and everybody seemed to be dong better against the guards then I could've hoped. It wasn't really easy for me. The guards would all try to take me. They would get their buts kicked, but they would try.

I was Glad to see that Kim was ok. I wasn't sure if she would be able to fight, but she was doing really well.

Hat films were still fighting, even though they barely knew me. It was a long battle.

I had just finished off a guard and had started to fight another one. One of the guards shot an arrow at Martyn, he dodged out of the way but it got my leg. It hurt. Badly.

Martyn's POV

I was fighting with Rowan. We were going sword to sword with a new guard when an arrow came right at me. I sidestepped it, but it hit Rowan.

"Rowan." I said slashing furiously at the guard. We had to retreat. No. No retreating! But we had to get out of here. We shall advance in the opposite direction!

I picked up Rowan and headed towards a place where no battle was raging.

"What are you doing?" Came Simon's voice. I looked back at him and screamed,

"I'm advancing in the opposite direction. Rowan got shot." And then I brought her into the closest building. Duncan's castle.

I lay Rowan on a bed in the castle and started to get bandages so the blood wouldn't flow. I grabbed some bandages and ran towards back towards Rowina. Sorry Rowan.

Tiddles's POV

OMG where is everybody? I'm HUNGRY! I want food. Duncan, Kim come feed meeee. I thirsty. Where did they go? I'm bored. Where Kim. She plays with me. I sad. They leave. I HUNGRY AND THIRSTY. WHERE ARE YOU?!

Billy's POV

I wonder where Kim is. Tiddles is going crazy! I want to play with Kim. and that new girl. I miss Kim yelling my name in excitment. and the new Girl. I miss Duncan too. Where are they?

Tonk's POV

Opps. Wrong book. Remus said that he would meet me here. That trickster.

Rowan's POV

After I had been shot, Martyn helped me back to Duncan's castle. He got some bandages and wrapped them around my leg. I looked up at him gratefuly as he tied the last bit of bandage to my leg.

I stood up and I found that I could walk perfectly. I smiled at Martyn and was about to say thank you when the door to the tower burst open. Standing in the doorway was Akio.

"Well hello princess." Akio said, taking steps towards me. I tried to grow vines to get in his way, but he used his magic to make them whilt. Martyn stood infront of me and said,

"If you want her, you have to go through me first." Akio laughed and used his magic to hit him with lightning. Martyn fell to the floor. He was alive.

"Come now princess. No need to fuss." Akio said taking said making his steps faster. he was coming closer but I didn't back away. I stood my ground.

"You hurt my friend." I said. "You hurt my friend." I said with more power this time.

"So what if I did?" Akio said sneering.

"When you hurt my friend, you hurt me. And when you hurt me I get mad." I said taiking a step towards him. I know I'm crazy. But I'm also really angry. I don't know how I did it, but I reached behind me and from thin air pulled out a thin green sword.

I faced him sword in hand. I saw that, for a second, a look of puzzlement. Then his sneer appeared once more. I slashed at him and hit. There was a slash in his hip. He put a hand to his hip, which was spilling blood.

"Like I said. Don't attack my friends. It makes me mad." I said then I put a long cut acroos his cheek. Whist he was occupied, I ran to the window and jumped out of it using my magic to help me not fall. Then I ran to where the battle was ragging.

Kim's POV

I saw that Rowan had been shot, I saw Martyn carrying her to Duncan's castle. Then I saw her running back, a bandage on her leg. Martyn was no where to be seen.

I assumed that he was occupied and turned my attention to the more pressing matter at hand. Keeping my head. I ducked just in time, the guard I was fighting had swung his sword at my head.

I hit him and he fell to the ground. There were now only 1/4 of the guards remained. We were winning the battle and the guards knew it. That, howver, didn't stop them. They were still fighting as if they were winning.

"Kim! Kim help! Help!" Rowan's voice yelled from the north-east. I slashed at the guard and ran towards her voice. I saw that a guard had grabbed her from behind and was dragging her away.

"Rowan! Noooo!" I yelled. I attemped to help her but another guard slashed my cheek and I fell back in pain. Duncan came running towards me. The guards, now having what they came for, went back into the forest.

Duncan looked at my cheek and picked me up bridal style, even though I was perfectly capable of walking. I apperciated it, and snuggled into his chest. he started walking back to panda labs. I wanted to sleep but I felt sorry for Rowan.

"You can sleep. Rowan would've wanted you to." Dunccan said noticing my tired eyes. I smiled gratefuly, then feel asleep in his arms.
