New Generation: Chapter 6

Annabeth's POV

We spawned in the forest. It was all black except for the moon which was glowing red.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" A voice asked from behind me. I turned to see a girl with ebony black hair, cold black eyes, her back was adorned with black wings that you could barely see in the night, and she had a black dress.

"Back off, Pitch!" someone from my left said, I turned slightly to see another girl. This time, the girl had golden brown hair, purple eyes, a purple female chest piece, and she was half white stallion.

"Kasia. What do you care for the mortals, this isn't your fight anyways!" the black girl, presumably pitch spat.

"Any fight that includes you and the innocent is my fight!" Kasia said.

"Ha, what do I care, I'll just have to beat you and the mortals!" Pitch sneered.

"Not the innocent pitch, this is between you and I!" Kasia shoot pitch with a purple blast of magic, sending her hurtling to the ground.

"Thank you." I breathed, looking at our savior.

"Your welcome." She said, "I don't believe I've seen you around here."

"No, we came from another world. I'm Beca, that's Asher, Alex, Anna, and Evelyn." Beca said, pointing to us all in turn.

"My name is Kasia and I am a magic element centaur warrior princess." Kasia told us. "Would you like to meet some of my friends?"

"Sure!" Evly said.

"Cone here guys!" Kasia called. Another centaur came out of the trees, this one had blonde hair, grey-blue eyes, a light grey shirt, and the bottom half of a white stallion.

"Hello, I am Gust. I'm a air element centaur." Gust said, standing next to Kasia.

"Where is Incidus?" Kasia asked, looking into the trees. There was a flash of orange light that momentarily lit up the night.

"She's over doing it again." Gust commented, sighing.

"Fireball." a voice said, a shadow of a fairy appeared in the blood red light cast down by the moon. The figure stepped into the full light and I could now see that she had red-brown eyes, red hair with orange tips, a red and gold dress, and wings made of flames that licked the air. Pitch started to sit up slightly but the fire fairy shot her with a ball of pure fire that sent her to Notch knows where. "Fireball."

"You over-do it every time!" Kasia exclaimed.

"Anyway, I'm Incidus a fire element fairy." Incidus said introducing herself with a little bow.

"NIce to meet you." I said, smiling slightly.

"I have a question. Why is the moon red?" Asher asked, pointing to the threateningly red moon.

"It's a blood moon." Incidus informed us.

"Which is?" Evelyn asked.

"A blood moon happens every once and awhile. It causes monsters to have special powers." Kasia explained, "Like over there is a 'Poisonous wither zombie of wrecking your face'."

"Speaking of which we need to get out of here!" Incidus said, shooting a ball of fire at the zombie.

"I agree." Gust said, "I'll take Beca and Annabeth on my back."

"I can take Asher and Evelyn." Kasia said.

"Then I'll take Alex." Indicus said. I climbed on Gust's back and once everyone was secure we set off, riding into the forest.

Kasia's POV

It felt weird having people on my back. For a centaur, it was a disgrace to let people ride on you. I didn't mind though, these people needed my help. I payed more attention to where I was going and stopped dead. In front of me I saw a wall.

"Where are we?" Beca asked from Gust's back. Incidus set Alex down and I felt the weight come off my back as Asher and Evelyn got off my back.

"Sjinterfel." Incidus breathed, looking at the wall.

"What?" Alex asked.

"Owned my Lord Sjin." I explained, "Normally we wouldn't go near that, but in the current circumstances we're going to have to."

"Why?" Evelyn asked.

"Blood moons last a long time. We need help if we are going to be safe." Gust said. I used my magic to make Incidus's wings invisible, and to turn Gust and I into normal-ish people.

I knocked on the wood logs next to the gate's entrance and waited. Soon enough, Lord Sjin appeared with what looked like a blacksmith.

"Who are you?" He asked, looking us up and down.

"We are people who need the help and protection of the mighty Kingdom of Sjinterfel." Indicus said.

"Lord Sjin, it is a blood moon." the blacksmith reasoned.

"Are you from Blackwood?" Sjin asked, looking at us questioningly."

"Who's Blackwood?" Annabeth asked confused.

"I'm taking that as a no then. Come in." Sjin opened the gate and we all walked in. Sjinterfel was a beautiful kingdom, even though it was small.

"You three look... different." Sjin said.

"We are different." Incidus blurted before putting a hand over her mouth.

"How so?" Sjin asked, not as though he would harm us, just out of curiosity.

"We aren't human." I informed Sjin, removing the magic that I had put on before entering the kingdom.

"I didn't know there are centaurs and fairies!" Sjin exclaimed.

"Well, there are. I'm Gust, that's Kasia, and that is Incidus." Gust said, pointing to Incidus and I in turn.

"I'm Beca, that's Asher, Alex, Annabeth, and Evelyn." Beca said, pointing to her friends.

"I'm Lord Sjin and this is Berym." Sjin said, pointing to the blacksmith standing behind him.

"Is that terrasteel armour?" Incidus asked, pointing to Sjin's armour.

"It is, yes." Sjin said, he sounded proud.

"And wow, a headhunter crossbow!" She exclaimed. Incidus loves making tools and armour.

"Yes." Sjin replied.

"That's so cool!" Incidus said, doing a mid-air spin.

"Yes, I defeated the ender dragon with this mighty crossbow." Sjin said, standing tall.

"I told you someone had defeated the ender dragon." I whispered to Gust, "You owe me 5 gold coins."

"Fine." Gust replied.

"Anyway, I love your kingdom." I said, looking at the windmills and all of the quaint little houses that made up Sjinterfel.

"Thank you, this my kingdom and... are you royalty?" He asked, assumingly spotting the tiara perched upon my head.

"Yes, I am a Magic element centaur princess." I said, smiling.

"You have a magic element?" He asked.

"I do. In fact, where is Eldraphyn?" I asked, looking around for the elf I knew was with Sjin.

"Oh, she is by the Botania set-up." Sjin said.

"Who's Eldraphyn?" Beca asked.

"Eldraphyn is an Elf who I am helping and... are you okay?" Sjin asked, and for good reason. Beca had turned pale white and looking a little unsteady in her stance.

"And elf?" She asked.

"Yes." Sjin replied, nodding slightly.

"Oh god."

Yay! So if you guys have any ships you want me to do, I can do that so just comment them. Sorry for not updating I had to write this same chapter 5 times because Wattpad kept glitching out. That's all for now, Legends. Baiiiiiiii
