Harrys POV-

I didn't tell Lola about the scout. She was in bed when I had gotten home, and again, she slept through the rest of the day and through the night. I had grown up with females most of my life, so I knew how hard a period could hit someone.

So I waited until the next morning to break the news.

"Do you want to get coffee?" I asked her when she had woken up. "Or are you still feeling a little blah?"

"I feel a lot better today" she nodded. "I would love to"

"Perfect" I smiled. "It's a little chilly outside, so make sure you bring a jacket"

She didn't take too long to get ready, only about thirty minutes. Then I drove us to a coffee shop that was only about five minutes away.

After we got out, ordered, and had our coffees, we found a spot to sit outside.

"So" I began, lacing my fingers together on the table, for some reason feeling suddenly a bit nervous. Perhaps because I had no idea how she would react. "I have some news"

"Uh oh" her eyes grew a little.

"It's not bad, I promise" I gave her a little, assuring smile. "Remember how I went out yesterday to perform in the square?"

"Yeah..?"

"So I was singing this song I had written a long time ago, and this man approached me after I was finished"

"And..?"

"And he told me he was a talent scout and gave me his card"

"You're joking!" she gasped.

I shook my head and reached into my pocket, pulling out my glasses and the business card. After positioning the frames on my nose, I handed her the card.

I watched as her irises darted across it, reading everything that was on it. "Elation?!"

I nodded.

"Oh my goodness, Harry, that's so..." her voice trailed off only for a second. "That's amazing!"

"He said they would call me" I reached across the table and took the card back from her.

"So what happens after they call you?" she wondered.

I picked up my iced chai tea latte and took a sip. "I don't know. I guess they would probably audition me, test things like my voice and my stage presence and look through the songs I have written. Obviously, this has never happened before, so I don't know what would it would entail exactly"

"That's incredible!" she propped her chin in her hand.

"I'm trying not to get my hopes up, just because I might have the opportunity to audition doesn't mean I'll get any further."

"You're such an amazing singer" she shook her head. "You sound like an angel. And your stage presence is already on point. You can tell that you really get into your lyrics and everything. And you obviously have the song writing down."

"That doesn't mean I'm the only person that has all that"

She reached across the table and rested her hand over mine. "You got this."

"I was thinking about not telling you about it until after, if I got it." I admitted, whilst feeling relieved nonetheless that she didn't act uncertain.

"I would love to go with you" she beamed.

"I would love for you to, too" I broke out into a smile.

"What would happen with your job, though?"
