Lola's POV-

Upon arrival at the television studio, Harry was whisked away barely after he even got his foot in the door. I, luckily, was able to keep up with him, so I got to watch the hour long process of them trying to convince him to wear something other than his black t-shirt (which he refused to change out of because he was comfortable), and doing his hair and makeup.

Once that was done, Valentino walked in, gave his seal of approval, and we waited some more. Finally, after what felt like another eternity, Lorenzo came and got me and told me to come sit with him in the studio room.

So reluctantly, I wished Harry luck and gave him a kiss, then followed the sound specialist through a few hallways and into the studio.

Honestly, it wasn't really what I expected. Most of the room was white, but it looked like a set-as if it were inside of a house. Except you could see where the false walls ended. I had never been inside of a television studio before, so it was pretty cool to see. At the same time, it felt like it ruined the magic, since I so stupidly thought that these sets were just what studios looked like.

Around us, there were a few other people. I had anticipated a live audience, but I suppose there was none tonight, aside from what appeared to just be the employees.

"How long until the show is supposed to start?" I asked Lorenzo.

"Not too long" he glanced at his Apple watch. "Four minutes."

"Oh, that's not bad" I shook my head.

"Not at all" he tapped his fingers against his leg. "Although it's a lot quicker when the artist is used to the system and the musicians already have the music memorized"

I glanced over at the three people looking over the tabs. "Do you think they'll mess up?"

"Oh, definitely not" he chuckled. "They're professionals"

"You've never seen them mess up?"

"Nah" he pulled out his phone and looked down at the screen, swiping through his notifications.

A small smile teased at the corners of his lips.

"What?" my nosey ass asked, leaning over his shoulder.

He pulled back his phone, his blue eyes meeting mine, but twinkling. "Rude"

"I have never seen you with that expression" I tilted my head.

"What expression?"

"You're literally trying to bite back a grin" I rolled my eyes. "I'm not stupid. Who is it?"

"I don't know what you're talking about"

"Okay, whatever, I'm not stupid"

His gaze lingered before he shook his head and looked back down at his phone. Swiftly, his thumbs started before he turned it off and slid it into his pocket.

"What's their name?" I pressed.

He didn't respond.

"Lorenzoooo"

"Her name is Giana. We had a first date the other night" he let out a sigh.

"That's so exciting!" I exclaimed. "Did it go well?"

"It did..."

"It did, but..?"

"I don't have time for a girlfriend" he mumbled.

"But-"

"The entertainment industry is the life I chose, so that's my first priority"

"But if you like her, and she likes you, it's worth it, right?"
