Lola's POV-
When I opened my eyes the next morning, Harry was propped up on his elbow smiling down at me. His lips were turned up into a sweet smile and his emerald eyes were meeting me with the softest gaze.
"Good morning, Love" he reached forward and tucked a lock of hair behind my ear.
"Good morning" I yawned, stretching my arms up over my head.
"How did you sleep?" he asked.
"Like a baby" I replied. "How about you?"
"I slept better than I have in a long time"
"I wish I could go back to sleep, but I have so much I have to get done today" I scrubbed my hands over my eyes, trying to wake myself up.
"Like what?" he tilted his head.
"I have to get my clothes all put away, and I also have to finish all of that homework you assigned to me"
"Oh, yeah, you better hop on that" he nodded. "Almost everyone else already has everything turned in. Honestly, I'm kind of shocked that my best pupil is getting a little...distracted"
"Can you blame me?" I raised an eyebrow. "Any chance I could get an extension?"
"If I gave you an extension, I would have to give everyone an extension" he shook his head.
"Okay, well then give everyone an extension" I shrugged.
"Nah, that piles up more work for me" he paused. "Also, I don't want to be that teacher that is so lenient with his students. I want them to take me seriously"
"You're too hot to be taken seriously"
"I don't know whether or not I'm flattered or offended" his nose wrinkled up a little as he rolled off the bed. "Do you want me to make you some coffee?"
"I would love some coffee" I nodded.
"Bring your laptop into the breakfast room. You can finish up that homework while you wake up"
"Can't I wake up first?"
"I'm not going to let you procrastinate" rolling his eyes, he left the room.
Groaning, I stretched across the mattress and reached for the hardwood floor. Then I let my body slide completely off, softly hitting the floor. Finally standing up, I grabbed my laptop from the nightstand and tucked it under my arm. Then I walked out of the bedroom.
Muttering under my breath, I found a spot at the table in the little corner he had turned into the breakfast room and pulled one of my feet into the chair with me. Then I lifted the screen up and began to sign in.
"Have you gotten any of it done yet?" Harry asked as he worked on the coffee.
"You know I haven't" I went to Canvas and started typing in my username and password. "I, mean, I've gotten the small things done. But your assignments with Auralia and Musition are so tedious"
"I think they're kind of fun"
"Of course you do, because you have been doing this forever and you know all of this stuff like the back of your hand"
"Maybe you should pay attention in class better" he joked.
"I think I have been paying attention quite well, thank you" I glanced over my shoulder at him.
"I don't know, you seem like you do an awful lot of staring"
"And that's a problem?" I turned back to my screen. "You're my boyfriend, why wouldn't I be more focused on you?"
