Lola's POV-
Harry had been begging me for a few days to come to his Dallas show, and said he could get a ticket for my dad, too. Really, the only thing stopping me was school.
I was able to get ahead of everything, and figured if more work came up, I could just work on it at the hotel or on the flight there. Besides, how could I possibly pass up the opportunity to be able to visit not only my boyfriend, but my dad, too?
So after a three and a half hour flight from LAX to DFW, I made my way through the giant airport. Usually busy airports freaked me out, but since I'd always lived in either California or Texas, I knew DFW well enough to get to baggage claim without even really looking at the signage. I was told that Lorenzo and Harry would pick me up, along with a security guard. Seemed a little sketchy, but maybe it was just because the thought of my boyfriend having to even have a guard was a bit bizarre.
I hadn't checked any bags since I would only be here for a couple days, so I walked through the huge baggage claim until I spotted Lorenzo's tall figure. I glanced around him for Harry, but didn't see him.
"Hey, Lovebug" he opened his arms, beaming at me.
"Where's Harry?" I asked, walking into his hug.
"He's in the car" he replied, taking his bag from me.
"Why?"
"You'll see" he laughed, gesturing for me to follow him.
I walked beside him towards the door, where a crowd of people were all standing right outside. I couldn't see anything past them, it was just a literal mob of mostly girls were all shouting and throwing up their arms.
"Hold my hand" Lorenzo instructed.
As the automatic door slid open, I gripped his hand tightly, already having to gingerly make my way behind him as he pulled me through the crowd. This proved to be somewhat of a difficult task. Constantly, I was getting pushed, shoved, and stepped on. But Lorenzo kept forcing our way through until I realized that the mob was gathered around a big, black van with dark, tented windows.
"OUT OF THE WAY! BACK UP!" came a voice louder than the rest.
I looked up to see a man in a black security uniform waving his arms at everyone and forcing them back.
"BACK UP!"
Before I could even get to the vehicle, the back door flew up and Harry jumped out. Immediately, every single person screamed, holding out their phones and reaching forward.
"Lola!" Harry grabbed me, pulling me into his arms and squeezed me tightly.
"Harry" I smiled, hugging him back, but only for half a second before the security man began yelling at us to get in the car.
Lorenzo helped me into the backseat, which proved to be very spacious. Instead of the seats being in rows, the two rows were facing each other. There was also a mini bar and a little oak table in the middle.
I sat next to Harry, and Lorenzo was across from me. Outside, I continued to hear the security guard shouting before he climbed into the front seat.
"Oh, gawd, I've missed you so much" Harry smiled at me.
"I've missed you, too!"
"How are you feeling?" he asked.
"Better now"
"What have you been up to back home?" Lorenzo piped up, picking up a champagne flute and a bottle of the sparkling, adult beverage.
"Nothing much" I shrugged off. "Certainly nothing as excited as this." I turned to my boyfriend. "I didn't know you had so many fans, already"
