Lola's POV-There were three buses that were apparently travelling with Harry on his tour, two of which held crew, and the third had Harry, Valentino, Lorenzo, and some of the other top crew members like the main hair stylist and wardrobe specialist. All of the equipment was stored under the buses.
Harry gave me a little tour of the one he was on, which was also the one I was to be on. Unfortunately, the sleeping corridor wasn't super big, so we would be resting in our own beds. I couldn't be too upset, though, because at night, we would be staying at hotels.
Since Houston was our next stop, and it was only a three and a half hour drive, we wouldn't be travelling during the night. During the ride, I was introduced to some more of the crew.
There was Charlotte, Harry's lead wardrobe specialist. She had a rainbow colored pixie cut, blue eyes, and her nails were super long and perfectly manicured.
Kai was the leading roadie, so basically he was in charge of what goes where. He had dark hair and dark eyes, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Though clearly no older than twenty five, he easily could have been the most confident one in the bus.
Then there was Evangeline. She was this gorgeous brunette with the darkest brown eyes I had ever seen and flawless smoky eye makeup. I could've guessed before he told me that she was the makeup specialist. (A/N-Character muses at the bottom of the chapter)
And of course Valentino, Lorenzo, and the bus driver, who I was not introduced to, but got the impression that he didn't want to be there.
Everyone seemed pretty exhausted and ready to rest for a bit, so everyone except me took a nap. I did try for the first hour, though I eventually gave up and went exploring.
Once we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we got settled in, and Harry got room service brought up. Then we spent the evening binging some more of the Office before we passed out mid-episode.
The next day, I woke up to my phone ringing. When my eyes popped open and I rolled over, I immediately notice that Harry was not there. I grabbed my phone and answered it before looking at the caller.
"Hello?" I asked groggily.
"Hey, Lola, I'm ready when you are"
I pulled back the phone and saw that it was Lorenzo. I let out a slow sigh.
"Why are we leaving so early? It's just shopping..."
"Because we need to make it to the show tonight" he chuckled.
"Oh, right"
"Anyways, I'm downstairs in the lobby. Meet me down here when you get dressed, okay?"
"Fine" I hung up and fell back onto my pillow.
It was hard to even muster up enough energy to get out of bed, in fact it took me another ten minutes. Finally, when I managed to roll out, I trudged to my suitcase and dug out the outfit I had worn to the concert two days ago. It smelled a little sweaty, and by a little, I mean a lot, so I doused myself in deodorant and perfume before grabbing my purse, hotel key, and phone. Hurriedly, I fast walked out the door and down the stairs, which dumped out right into the lobby.
"It took you long enough" Lorenzo smirked when he saw me.
"Waking up is hard to do" I rolled my eyes.
"Clearly for you it is" he shook his head, then nodded for me to follow him.
"No fans outside this hotel?" I wondered as we started down the sidewalk.
