For the first week or so, nothing happened. It wasn't until the beginning of the third week, that the symptoms started appearing. They were subtle at first, not causing much concern. The first few symptoms were getting sick a few times throughout the day, usually sometime in the early afternoon, to late at night. The first time Amara got sick, she'd gone with the boys to one of their music banks. She'd been backstage with the staff, watching them perform I Know I Love You on stage. It had hit her, right as it got to Taehyun's part. She suddenly felt an overwhelming feeling of being sick. A really strong wave of nausea. She ignored it at first, until she started to feel it come up.

Amara covered her mouth and quickly pushed past some staff, running out of the room. She ran down the hallway to the nearest bathroom. She went into one of the stalls, dropping to her knees and throwing up. She held her hair out of the way, coughing as she continued to get sick.

When the performance had finished, the boys returned backstage. They were all praised for their hard work.

"Where's Amara?" Beomgyu asked, noticing that she hadn't been in the room.

"I think she ran to the bathroom, she suddenly ran out during your performance," one of their stylists said, gently wiping the sweat from his face.

"Oh, is she okay?" he wondered, frowning.

"We don't know. She might have felt sick," she said, shrugging and seeming just as concerned.

Hearing that she was probably getting sick, made the boys worried. One of the staff left to go get her some water to have when she came back. After a few minutes, Amara came back to the room. She had finished getting sick, but she still felt nauseous. She saw that the boys had returned from the stage.

"Are you okay? We heard you might've gotten sick," Soobin asked, coming over to her.

"I'm okay, I just felt really nauseated. But, I'm fine now. I just need to sit down," she mumbled softly.

He took her hands and took her over to the couch, helping her to sit down. Beomgyu looked over from his phone.

"Here, drink some water," Soobin gave her the water that the staff had brought.

He opened it for her and she took it. She took slow drinks. When she was done, he took it and put it on the table. Amara leaned to the side, laying her head on Beomgyu's shoulder. He wrapped an arm around her, putting his hand on her head.

"Are you sure you're alright? You feel a little hot," he tells her, feeling her forehead.

"I'm okay," she said softly.

He frowned, not believing her. But, he didn't push it. He met with Yeonjun's gaze, who was sitting in front of one of the mirrors, while a stylist was fixing his hair for the next performance. Gyu ran his fingers through her hair, trying to get her to feel better.

After about 5 minutes, the guys had to go back on stage. Beomgyu gently got up and helped Amara to lay down on the couch. He kneeled next to her, caressing her face. She looked up at him, looking exhausted.

"Try to get some sleep, okay? When we're done, we'll go to the dorm and we'll order some food. Get some ice cream and we can watch Disney, okay?" he spoke softly, his thumb rubbing her cheek.

She nodded carefully so she wouldn't make herself sick. He gave her a warm smile, kissing her forehead softly before getting up. She slowly let his fingers slip through hers, watching him and the others leave. She could tell that they were all worried and didn't want to leave her there. But, they had to perform. And she understood this. She wasn't upset.

It was part of dating idols.
