"Lia, what are your plans for today?" Eli asked, getting bored inside the house.

"I don't know" her friend mumbled who's still lying in her bed.

"Wait, I just noticed it. Is Sunghoon even eating? I've never seen him take a bite in any food you cooked" Eli asked.

"I don't know. I keep nagging him to eat but he always say he already did" Lia responded.

Eli sighed and laid her head in the table and stared at the wind.

After a minute, the doorbell rang. Lia and Eli both went downstairs to check it.

As soon as Lia opened the door, a big wide smile is formed into her lips. She ran towards her dad and gave him a very warm embrace.

"Glad to see you're back" she beamed happily.

Mr. Kim, Lia's dad caressed her back, "and I'm glad to see my daughter safe and sound."

Lia smiled at him as she took a deep breath and told him everything about her friend, Sunghoon.

"You let him live in here?" Mr. Kim asked and took a peek in the balcony hoping to see her new friend but Eli is the one he saw.

His daughter nodded.

"He stayed in the school nursery for a whole night. He looks messy that's why I asked him to come with me" Lia explained.

"Lia, there's nothing wrong with that but have you forgotten what happened to your friend, Jungwon before? The way you met him is exactly the way you met Jungwon" her dad reassured.

Lia hang her arm in her dad's arm, "but dad, Sunghoon is missing a home. Nobody could give that to him but us. Please, let him stay in here. He's a nice person and he could help you do the heavy household chores."

Mr. Kim looked into his daughter's eyes and saw her sincerity.

"Okay. If that's what you say, then alright. Just make sure he won't leave you again without leaving no words" he agreed.

"Thank you dad. You're the best!" She cheered and gave him a kiss on the cheeks.

"That's enough Lia. You're not being cool" Eli interfered teasing her again.

Lia gave her a glare that shut her up.

"But where is your friend Sunghoon?" Mr. Kim asked.

"He's out again. I'm sure he'll return later on" she replied roaming around her eyes.

She was about to drag her dad inside when Mr. Kim stopped saying, "wait a minute. I forgot. I also met a friend of yours along the way in here. He looks exhausted from walking so I gave him a ride."

"Eh?" Lia uttered while her eyebrows met.

The car's door opened as they all looked back.

It's Kim Sunoo.

Lia's jaw dropped as Eli started to giggle.

Sunoo wears a teasing smile while walking holding a bouquet of flowers.

"He said he's Sunoo. A friend of yours and he wants to give you a visit today since it's weekend" her dad introduced.

"A friend?" Lia asked with her eyes widened.

"Hi Lia" Sunoo greeted.

Lia silently glared at him but Sunoo never took a glance at her face.

"Here. I bought it for you" Sunoo added handing her the flowers. Lia clenched her teeth and mouthed him 'you're a dead meat.'
