A small thud falls on the floor as a gasp escapes, "What?"
I take my eyes off of Matt and see Avi's frame standing there shocked at what I said.
"How'd you get in?" I ask him groggily as I stare at him, he wears our blue hospital scrubs, full of wrinkles of what looks like a busy night.
"He uh...he uh gave me a key." He answers my question quickly before closing his eyes and shaking his head. "What do you mean you think you can see the future?" He questions in shock.
"I-I don't know. I saw something last night, I think it was a vision or a threat...I don't know." I sigh, sinking into the bed.
"A threat?" Matt questions as he slowly sits up, unwrapping his arms from around me.
"I saw Fisk. He was going to kill me, or at least severaly hurt me. It felt so real, I felt his hand on my throat. I could feel my life leaving my body, but then he stopped and told me he will kill Ben when he least expects it, in front of his computer." I state, closing my eyes to remember every word Fisk threatened me with.
"That's when you woke up screaming..." Avi whispers, putting everything together.
"Than when I went back under I saw Ben's lifeless body. And every time I close my eyes...I see his face." I say through my teeth, trying to rid the image from my mind.
"I think that was a message. I think whatever Wesley injected me with...gave me this—ability? I don't know how to describe it." I murmur as I lean my head down, the amount of thinking causing a major migraine to surface.
"Fuck." Matt groans as he rubs his head.
"What did he inject you with?" Avi queries as he slides onto the bed as well.
"I don't know, it was green and bright. The vial was practically glowing...I've never seen a drug anything like it." I explain, blinking slowly as I remember last nights events.
"Because it wasn't a drug." Matt mumbles to himself.
"If it wasn't a drug, what was it?" Avi asks loudly, confused how it could be anything else.
"I mean let's face it, the world isn't just regular evil. There's things out there, like gods, superhumans, and fucking aliens." I whisper with wide eyes.
"So what, you're some kind of Captain America now?" Avi questions with furrowed brows.
"I don't think Cap can see the future. And I doubt I have super strength." I scoff as I glance at my dancers muscles, nothing of superhero.
"I mean, you don't exactly know. You're too weak right now to test out your powers...I can't beleive I just said that." He whispers in realization, as he reviews what he just said aloud.
"Tell me about it." I scoff as a knock sounds on the door. Matt's head tilts sideways as his face twitches.
"It's Foggy." Matt speaks lowly.
"That's freaky man." Avi shudders at Matt's abilities.
"Foggy? Is he talking to you again?" I ask Matt, causing him to shake his head 'no'.
"Maybe my little speech did some good." I say hopeful to Matt as he gets off the bed and walks towards the door, dragging it open.
"Hi..." Foggy whispers awkwardly as he look slightly upwards at Matt, who's face is still swollen and cut from a few nights ago.
"You look like shit." Foggy admits as he does a once over his body, before falling onto his bloody hands.
"Than I'm looking better than I feel." Matt scoffs lowly. I see Foggy's eyes shift towards me, his mouth gaping and eyes widening.
