"Looks like Daredevil's got a girlfriend." Karen says showing everyone the newspaper.
A picture of Matt and I on the building rooftop last night is printed on the front. My hand placed on Matt's bloody lip as he smiles bright.
"A new superhero?" Foggy says with a raised brow, his eyes flicking towards me.
I look away as I stare at the headline 'OUR DEVIL COZIES UP TO THE POSSIBLE NEW HERO ANGELICA'.
"Angelica? Who came up with that?" I chuckle at the name they came up with.
"Some woman got mugged last night and went to the cops. Her statement is on page 9." Karen reads before turning to page 9.
A picture of the woman we helped last night is framed on the top, her statement written on the bottom.
"She was dressed in all white, with white eyes...and this long spear. She moved so fast, not even a scratch on her. She was... angelic. No better way to explain it." The woman states making a smile stretch on my face.
"What are the odds that the devil is working with an angel." Foggy laughs along.
"Sounds like she has powers, could she be an actual angel?" Karen asks with raised brows.
"I think that's a stretch." Matt laughs, nudging his hand with mine.
"Hell's Kitchen gets weirder everyday." Foggy mumbles.

As the muggy and rainy week continues, crime has peaked strangely enough. After or before work, Matt and I seem to always be changing in and out of our suites.
"This is getting out of hand." I say out of breath as I lean against the brick wall. Matt let's out a tired sigh as he nods.
"What's going on? We sent Fisk to jail." Matt sighs as he wipes the heavy raindrops off his face.
"This is bigger than Fisk." I mumble under my breath, letting the rain fall over my face.
"Great." Matt grunts grabbing onto my hand, "We can never catch a break." He whispers, pulling me into him.
"Nope." I laugh, letting him wrap his arms my waist.
"You have work tonight?" Matt whispers.
"Yeah..." I whisper, letting my eyes trail to his lips. "I finish around 3am."
"I'll wait up then." He smirks.
"Than make sure to wear the black suit." I wink trying to hide my smirk.
"What's wrong with the red one?" He says in a offended tone.
"Just wear the black one." I whisper before pulling out of his grasp.
"Alright..." Matt agrees, extending his words. I smirk and run off the building, making my way to my apartment to change into my scrubs for work.

"God When is this rain gonna stop." Avi groans as we walk through the dark hospital.
"For real, it's ruinning my mood." I agree as we zip up our coats to leave.
"You want a ride?" Avi asks as he fishes out his keys and unlocks the car.
I look out the sliding doors seeing the heavy rain and thundering outside.
"Yeah, don't feel like taking the bus through that." I point out to the blurry dark night.
Avi chuckles at my response before holding in a breath.
