"Cheong-san," On-jo called to the boy as he stepped up on the windowsill. "Stop being sostubborn."

Cheong-san turned back around to face On-jo. "Two rooms across and one floordown at the teachers office."

"You shouldn't go."

"I'm coming with you," Minari put her katana back on her hip. A hand grabbed hers, tugging her away from the sill. Turning, she met Nam-ra's eyes. The shorter girl shook her head, but Minari looked down. Cheong-san was her best friend, second to Gyeong-su. She wouldn't let the boy out of her sight. "I'll come back," she whispered to Nam-ra, raising her hand to her lips and placing a gentle kiss on the back of her hand. "Promise."

"If you don't, I will kill you myself."

Minari smiled brightly, her hand gently brushed her chin, and she whispered into her ear, "If I get bitten--"

"You won't. Promise me, you won't get bitten," Nam-ra whispered back. She pushed Minari back slightly. "Promise me."

"Nam-ra," Minari said, trailing off as she looked at the girl.

"Please," Nam-ra said quietly.

"How could I say no to a pretty face?" Minari said with a smile, kissing her cheek. "I promise."

"If we can't make it, we'll just come back, you know?" Cheong-san told On-jo. "Don't worry about me."

"I'm not worried about you," On-jo said. "Just Minari. I'm pissed off."

"Sure," Cheong-san responded. "Yes. Why would you worry about me?"

"How healthy," Minari mumbled, crossing her arms as she waited for Cheong-san to go out.

Once he did, she hoisted herself onto the sill and cautiously waited for Cheong-san to cross over a pipe. She followed suit, frowning upon hearing Cham-jo follow out behind her, "Careful, Minari." She heard Dae-su go on about how loyal Su-hyeok was to Cham-jo as he stared out the window at the trio.

"Bitch, why are you out here?" Minari scolded.

"The tension in there is insane," Cham-jo confessed as Cheong-san grunted while they made their way across. "And because I'm not letting you ascend to heaven without at least marrying Nam-ra."

"What? Marry Nam-ra?" Cheong-san's head swiveled towards them.

Cham-jo winked at Minari, and it took the girl all her willpower not to throw him off the ledge they were standing on, "Keep moving."

"Better stay close."

After they had made their way across, Cheong-san peered into the room. Cham-jo and Minari couldn't as there wasn't enough space for all three of them. "Can we go in?" Minari asked, and with a shake of his head, she turned to Cham-jo. "Move back a bit. Cheong-san, come back."

"What are you gonna do, Minari?"

"Let's Tarzan it," Cham-jo suggested, and the pair looked at him with confusion. "Are you kidding-- we hang by our hands and go across."

"I'm not talking to you, Cham-jo, sorry," Cheong-san said. He shrugged. "Well, it's directed at you too. I heard On-jo told Su-hyeok that she likes him."

Cham-jo glanced down before shrugging, "According to I-sak--" he looked up at the sky. "he was staring at me when we helped Hyeon-ju. He could be bi, now that I think about it."
