Jo and Reene were ordered to roam in the campus and ask the teachers how many students they have. Jo tried to ask Reene a question, but then Reene didn't answer it well. Jo laughed and told Reene has no brain. Reene chuckled realizing that Jo's question is only a joke.

One day, Jo entered the classroom and sat down to her chair. There in the board were words saying 'REENE HAS NO BRAIN'. She even commented that it was too much to write. She didn't have an idea that she was the one they were referring to.

Sheila approached Jo. She told her that Reene opened the story at them yesterday crying. She asked her why she told Reene has no brain.

Jo was upset upon hearing it. She didn't think that Reene would get hurt on her joke. She searched for Reene and found her sitting with Rochelle at the Mini Park. The two of them stopped when they saw her.

"Ren, sorry kung nasaktan ko man yung damdamin mo. Hindi ko sinasadya," Jo said panting.

"Okay na," Reene smiled.

Jo knew there was something between her words, but atleast the heavy feelings in her heart lessen instantly the moment Reene forgave her. She knew she can fall asleep peacefully tonight.

But she's wrong. Definitely wrong.

Her classmates look at her contemptuously. They call her flirt. They call her bitch. They call her playgirl. Even her close friends bring her down.

She would enter the classroom with many bad writings on the board. During discussions or activities, they would tell make-up stories about her.

Jo is the enemy now. But she doesn't fight nor defend herself. If the anger is too much to bear, she would tear a paper and crumple it. She's a natural fighter. Not weak.

"We feel you. . ." Cleo and Rose told her (former close friends of hers). She just looked at them expressionless.

Mga plastik! Her brain yelled.

She shut her mouth. But then, her actions seem wrong. They even borrow Jean's and Aila's cellphones just to find holes on her text messages. When they found out one, Wynwyn would write it on board. Then the idiots would throw comments. They even sing the song "Magdalene". Her classmates believe that Jo was a descendant of Magdalene. During examinations, her seatmates, Anne and Joy (her former close friends as well) would write a big MAGDALENE in front of them for an inspiration to pass the exam.

Magdalene! Magdalene! Can't even say bullshit because she's a saint! She cussed.

She knows the scenerios these past few weeks make her feel depressed. She doesn't eat lunch for she's already full of the words they throw at her. She's used to it. She really doesn't care. She just cares about the fact that everyone hates her.

How come she knew?

She's facing them the moment they turn their back at her. And at the back of their beautiful faces, plasticity floats. Yes, she cries. Sometimes she would call Aila and Jean−the only friends she have to accompany her in the Gym to pour the feelings she can't bear anymore. Not because half of the class was her enemies, but of anger. She wanted to kill them brutally. One by one.

"Don't mind them. They are just insecure," they always tell her.

But she can't handle it anymore.

Jo would leave the house in uniform but she would not go to shool. She would head to Town's Park to think alone. Sometimes, she would call Mio to tell her a joke. She's laughing, but the love she has for him was already fading—for the times that she's in storm, he's not there to comfort her.

Every afternoon, she's there in her usual spot. Still in uniform, she would wear her headset and listen to music. Until one day, a group of teenagers approached her.

They were friendly to her.

They dared poor Jo to try vices.
