7:30pm
i was sat in aaron's office, waiting for him to finish the paperwork declaring that i no longer worked at the company. today was my last day working for aaron and working for that company. today was also the day myself and aaron had confessed our feelings to each other.
"right, I'm finished" he spoke, putting his pen back into his pen pot and putting his laptop into his work bag. "great!" i smiled, grabbing my back and swinging it over my shoulder before standing up out of my chair.
we both made our way out of the room, aaron taking out his keys and locking his office door. "right, so, do you want to follow me?" he asked, as we walked down the stairs "yeah, I'll follow behind you" i replied as we excited the building and made our way to our cars.
7:10pm
i parked up outside of aaron's apartment block, right next to aaron. "hey you" I spoke, as I got out of my car and locked it. "hi" he chuckled, as he led me up to his apartment. "it's very nice in here" i smiled, "thank you, I worked really hard on it" he replied, a small smile evident on his face.
"you can put your bag over by the couch" he spoke, as he pointed over to the black leather couch. "ok" i said, walking over and placing it down, before sitting down onto the couch. "um, you wanna drink?" he asked, I nodded "water please"
aaron walked over and sat down next to me on the couch, handing me a nice gold class of water, before grabbing the tv remote and turning on netflix, pressing 'resume' on 'the office'
everynow and then I'd hear a small chuckle emerge from aaron's mouth, causing a smile to fall onto my face. once i'd finished my water I leant over and placed it onto aaron's coffee table, before inching closer to him. "what are you doing?" he chuckled, "I dunno, I'm cold" I spoke, eventually snuggling up into his side. causing his breathing to hitch, and his cheeks to turn a bright shade of red.
aaron picked his arm up and placed it around me, "hmm, you're warm" i smiled, as i nuzzled my face into his chest "thank you" he replied, a smile evident in his voice.
"i'm so glad you waited around to chat with me tonight, otherwise i would've never gotten to experience this with you, you'd have left, and i'd have forever beaten myself up for never being nice to you, never acknowledging my feelings for you properly, so, thank you" aaron spoke, his voice almost in a whisper, as he looked everywhere except at me.
"aww aaron, i'm glad I came to find you, I was gonna just leave, thinking you hated me of course, I mean why wouldn't you have, but, something in me told me to stay, so I did, and I'm so fucking glad I did, this feels so amazing, finally being snuggled up with the person I've liked for two years" i replied, as i reached my hands up, and gently moved his head so he was now looking at me again, our eyes locking together.
his gorgeous blue ones staring into my hazel ones, my hand resting on his cheek, "you're so beautiful" I spoke to him, that gorgeous blush of his shining through. as he was about to say something, I gently connected my lips to his, a small moan falling from his lips, as he embraced the unexpected kiss, his hands moving down, now resting on my hips, as he manoeuvred me over so that i was now straddling his lap, his arms moving around so that they were now wrapped tightly around my waist.
we both pulled away, our foreheads still resting against each others, "holy shit" he spoke, a laugh falling from his lips, "that was amazing, you're amazing"
