Honey groaned as they opened their eyes, the morning light peaking through the top of the curtain that guy hadn't closed properly the night before.
Rubbing their eyes before rolling onto their side, the left side of the bed where their boyfriend resides every night. They let a soft smile spread onto their face, gosh they loved watching him sleep, he always looked so peaceful, the wrinkle in between his brows soften as he slept, the stresses of the previous day the furthest thing from his unconscious mind.
They brought one of their arms up to run their fingers through his soft blonde hair, his bedhead making him look even cuter than normal.
Honey lived for these early morning moments, their boyfriend, at ease as they listened to his soft snores, his parted lips looking ever so soft. They were so in love with this man.
They leant over, placing a soft cheek onto guy's flushed cheeks, "good morning my love" they smiled, before assuming their previous position. Their hand moving from his hair to rest upon his cheek, so warm.
Guy let out a sigh as his eyes opened for the first time that morning, his gorgeous blue eyes made even brighter from the sun shining in. "Morning" he spoke, his morning voice making honey melt. "Morning sweetheart" they replied, moving their hand once again , this time resting upon his stubble, rubbing back and forth and making him smile, his soft dimples shining through. 'I really love you, you know" honey spoke, guy groaned, nuzzling his face into his partner's neck. "It's too early for you to be getting me all flustered honey!" he chuckled.
Honey just smiled, taking in every part of this morning, "you look so cute this morning" guy spoke, breaking the silence that had formed. Honey shook their head 'no', not that guy could see, but replied with a "now who's the one doing the flustering" making guy chuckle once more.
Guy moved, now his chin resting on honey's chest, looking into their eyes, "I'm not flustering, I'm simply telling the truth" he smiled, leaning in closer to honey, their foreheads touching now, lips mere centimetres away, before honey lifted a finger to his lips "we haven't brushed our teeth yet" guy groaned once more, rolling off of honey and dropping his head back onto his pillow, "always ruining the mood" he whined.
