You sang along to AlphaBAT's 'AB City'. It was super catchy! You stilled listened to it even when it was the group's debut song in 2013.

They were one of the groups you supported well. Why? How about the fact that someone there was your best friend / crush?

A sudden tap on your window startled you. You ignored it, until you noticed a small stone flying towards your window, hitting it with a light thud.

You finally gave up. After turning off your music outlet, you lazily shuffled to and opened your window. You look at the ground below, seeing a familiar figure that instantly made you grin.

A buzz from your phone sounds. You take a look at the caller ID, your smile growing even brighter. You pick up happily, chiming a greeting to the person in the other line.

"Hi (y/n)~! How are you?" he asks cutely. You tell you're fine and ask him if he'd like to come in.

There was a tree close to the window you had looked out of. Unsurprisingly, you saw a figure making its way up it.

He finally reaches the branch nearest to your window. You, of course, let him in through it.

"Jun-ah, you could've just knocked the front door, you know?" you point out. A glance at him gets you a flustered look. His hands covering his embarrassment, but still facing you, smiling. Adorable...

You walk over to him and remove his hands from his face. He gets caught off guard by your sudden actions, but lets his wrists dangle in your palms.

You two stayed like that for a while, your faces not too far away. It forces to a halt when his phone rings out of the blue. He takes the call, walking a distance away from you.

After a while, he returns to you, having finished his call. You were seated on your bed when he plopped his phone next to you, saying "don't worry, it was just manager-nim."

He decided to have a look around your room. When he had his back turned, you glimpse at his phone, noticing how it wasn't turned off.

Without him looking, duh..., you take it. You squint at the wallpaper. The image, was a girl. A familiar looking girl. Someone you knew from a few years back.

You interrupt him from his 'investigation' of your room to ask him why a selca / selfie you took with his phone - when you two were in school - was his wallpaper. He acts surprised and snatches his phone from you, stuffing it in his pocket straight away.

You were a tad bit puzzled. Oh well, time to change topics! "Jun-ah, why did you want to see me so suddenly?" you question him. He takes a seat next to you.

His breathing was barely audible in your quiet room. "Ah, (y/n), uhh," he stammers.

Not too long ago, he called you, requesting to see you under such a short notice.

Maybe it was what you were waiting for a long time. Maybe it was the one thing you had been waiting for ever since you started falling.

No. Stop assuming. Assumptions are the worst things people could make. Assumptions lead to expectations. Unfulfilled expectations lead to disappointment and so on. [#deep...]

You shoved those hopefully thoughts out of your head. Instead, you advert your attention to his condition : dribbling voice, slightly trembling hands. His mouth opened, but no words came out.

You couldn't help but feel a little pity for the boy. Subconsciously, your hands crept to his fingers, holding them firmly.

Again, he gets astonished. After about a minute, you finally realise where your hands were and quickly remove them.

Your touch lingered on his hands. He liked it though. It didn't take him too long to miss it. So what did he do?

He took your hands in his. For the umpteenth that evening, the both of you were shocked. Were your suspicions true?

"사랑해," he barely confesses.

[~How was it? Was it okay? Did I do you proud? No? :( Nah, I'll let it slide, don't worry :) However, hope you liked it! Imagination of yours continues, but remember, he's 'innocent and pure'! AlphaBAT is such a lovable group, but they're so underrated! Plus H:eta, I feel like he doesn't get enough love sometimes. But in all seriousness, go listen to 'AB City', it's one of those really cool danceable songs that are really catchy! Till the next time I write~]
