Ah, baking. The lovely activity of mixing ingredients together and sticking them in the oven to magically become a delicious sweet treat to eat after dinner or any time of the day, really.

You decided to do some baking on your own since you were inspired by some videos you saw which made the whole thing look like a piece of cake. Once you had the recipe on paper and the necessary ingredients laid out, you began following the recipe, trying to follow how the person in the video was doing everything.

Oh yeah, just to tell you, you decided to make cookies :D Trust me, it's a vital part of the story ;)

Out of the blue, you hear a set of keys jingling and the door opening, then an excited voice calls out your name. With a bright smile, you head to the door to welcome your boyfriend with a warm hug :)

When he asks you what you were up to, you explain that you were having a go at baking, which he jokes with a, "wow, so my jagi is becoming a housewife?" making you blush.

You got back to doing what you had to do while Hojoon leaves to put away a few things of his. Not long after, he returns to the kitchen, saying enthusiastically that he wishes to assist his jagi in baking, claiming that the final result will taste better if he too added his love into the mixture :3

You couldn't say no to the cute little request he was making - explain to me how you say no to a little fluffy thing like him :P - so you ask him to hand you an ingredient that was sitting a little too far for you to reach without moving from the mixing bowl.

He executes his duties as your assistant obediently while making a few jokes here and there just to see you smile :) In no time your mixture comes together to form cookie dough and soon comes the fun part of making cookies : cutting and shaping them :D

Conveniently enough, you had some cookie cutters at hand and were ready to start cutting out some cookies but first, you had to sprinkle some flour on the table to prevent the dough from sticking.

You tell Hojoon to do so, but he accidentally takes a tad bit too much flour and ends up accidentally sprinkling some onto your lap. He apologizes, though it wasn't a very big deal, just a little harmless flour. But being the naturally playful being you are, you decided to get a little revenge >:3

You tell him you'll deal with it after you've cut out the cookies, so he gets back to sprinkling flour onto the table. You scoop some of the flour on your lap and toss it at him. Because what could be better revenge than watching your boyfriend's surprised reaction of you getting flour on his face? He looks at you in obvious shock as you try to control yourself from giggling too much at his reaction.

He soon has this little menacing smirk on his face as he piles up some flour on the table. He attempts to throw it at you, but you put your hands up to block his surprise attack, still giggling at the sight of him earlier.

And just because you blocked one of his attacks you thought you could get away with it? Well, Hojoon begs to differ. He gets some flour on his fingertips - just enough so that there was a layer of white powder covering his fingerprints - and lunges towards you with his hands outstretched.

You do your best to dodge him, but soon fail as he touches your cheeks with his floured fingers and starts smearing it to your chin. You are left with a faint white blob of flour from your cheek to you chin and an adorable boyfriend laughing out loud :)

In your final act of revenge, you gather some more flour in your hand and throw it directly at him while he laughs cheerfully. His face gets powdered in flour as some of it gets in his mouth as well, causing him to cough momentarily.

You try to spread the flour on the table as evenly as you can while you notice that your boyfriend was still trying to get the last laugh. Finally, he throws a little more than a pinch of flour on you and proceeds to snicker playfully at his action.

Calmly, you tell him, "Hojoon-ah, we should focus on making the cookies and stop wasting the ingredients," as if he was a young child. He nods and lets out a final breath of relief from laughing so much before dumping out the cookie dough onto your very well-floured table.

You two finally get to cutting the cookie dough and making fun of each others cookies, regardless of whether the were wonky or not. Soon enough, they are ready to be actually baked in the oven and while they do so, you and Hojoon do your best to wash off the 'excess flour' as well as the utensils you used.

And just as you finished placing the final dried bowl on the dish rack, the timer on the oven goes off and pretty much your entire kitchen smells of freshly baked cookies :D

You took them out of the oven, warned Hojoon not to touch them too early, told him you told him so because he rebelled against you and scalded himself, let them cool and then came the part that everyone loves about homemade baked goods : consuming them :D

Of course, the cookies came out scrumptious but then again, why wouldn't they with you following your recipe well. But Hojoon being the playful puppy he is, he had to add, "hey, I added just as much love into the cookies as you did."

Why yes, yes he did as you had agreed with him :)

[~Pft jk any Topp Klass knows Topp Dogg says Hojoon is no fun XD But jeez he is a definitely a little ball of fluff :3 Like, seriously little :P Btw, comment if you bake irl and what's your favourite thing to bake and eat :D Till the next time I write~]
