You were spending a lovely day on the streets of your local area, exploring the little shops that you thought looked interesting, but never really had the time to properly check out.

You were by yourself since the majority of your friends and family were busy. You had told them a dozen times that they needed a break for all the hard work they do, but they just called you 'more laid-back' than them.

But don't worry, that's okay :)

You were continuing your journey when you bumped into something. Or rather, someone. You immediately turn around, meaning to apologise. What surprised you was that the moment the other person caught a glimpse of you, he looked to the ground straight away. He mumbled an apology, or at least you thought he did and turned around to walk away.

Well, you weren't about to let an apology go unheard since you hadn't the chance to get to say anything. You caught up to the guy and he turned around when you tapped his shoulder. He was startled but didn't run away.

"Hey, I'm sorry I bumped into you earlier," you say. He looks to the ground again, nodding as a response. He seemed kind of shy, in a somewhat cute way, of course.

"I should make it up to you," you state. He's taken aback since it was only a little bump. He tries to muster up something to say but you stop him with a, "I insist."

You offer to treat him to a cafe that wasn't too far away. You two make your way there, somehow without him running away like you thought he would. Maybe he just wanted some free food? Who wouldn't though?

You ordered a drink while he requested a water. Of all things, a water... Well, it was the cheapest thing on the menu. Less money to burn for you.

You took your seats while your drinks were being made. The air between you two felt a little tight, considering the fact that you two were strangers that came to this cafe because of you, so you start off with a, "I'm (y/n)," while offering your hand

He looks up from playing with his hands to shake yours, "Jungkook," he says. That must be his name. Well, what else would it be? A cult?

Hey. it was possible...

But that's not the point!

Anyways, you said, "I've never seen you in this part of town."

"Oh, I was just visiting and wandering around. Then I bumped into you."

"I think it was the other way around. I wasn't really paying attention to where I was going."

"No, I think it was my fault. You are a local here, after all."

"But as a local, I don't really know my way around either. Besides, I was just wondering around too."

And so began a conversation between two strangers that brought them closer together. Soon, you two were acquaintances and grew to be what would be considered as, friends. It didn't take very long since you and him had a few things in common. It felt like you two had just somehow clicked. You know, how two total strangers could suddenly be friends. Yeah, something like that.

Your drinks were finally made and were just sitting at the counter, waiting to be collected. A poor barista had to interrupt you to tell you to get your drinks. Which you did quickly, and got back to your conversation in no time.

While more words were exchanged and laughs were shared, the Sun began to set and the sky grew darker. That meant less time for you two to spend with each other. Well, for that day, at least.

You two didn't have to get kicked out by the staff to exit the cafe, thankfully.

"Well, I would say that was a day well spent," you concluded. He smiled, nodding in agreement.

"And I'd like to spend another day with you," he said. The thought of that made you grin. Hey, who wouldn't smile at the thought of spending another day with a cute guy you bumped into?

Like, how many people actually start relationships like that?
