Benji's P.O.V

"So this is it. Little (y/n) is gonna move all the way to Japan to become an official mangaka!"

"I'm not little!"

"To me, you'll always be little!"

Ah, it was fun to tease (y/n) while they're still around. It's always been a dream of (y/n)'s to be able to move all the way to Japan just so they could draw little animated people (they'd otherwise be called cartoons, but (y/n) would kill me if I said that out loud!)

And while (y/n) was packing up a few more things, I was packing up to fly back to Korea! We were going to have a comeback soon, so I wanted to be as fully prepared for it as I possibly could!

Soon enough, we were in a cab and on the way to the airport. It was nice to be back in America again, but I was just starting to miss Korea too :P

When it came the time, we departed to our different departure zones and before a final goodbye, I made sure that (y/n) had the manager's number in case of emergency. You never know what could happen to the child in Japan!

(time flies by, Benji's chillin in Korea~)

"Benji, it's (y/n)," the manager hands me his phone. Though his voice was his usual stern tone, his eyebrows were furrowed in a concerned look.

On the other end, it was a voice that sounded nothing like (y/n). It wasn't as bubbly as (y/n) and was a completely different tone altogether. It sounded colder, yet concerned.

"Are you the brother of (full name pls), sir?" the lady on the other end inquired. I answered yes and asked why, and the sentence that started the whole scene was, "(y/n) was hit by a car."

Suddenly, breathing became difficult. I tried my best to suck in air as I listened to the further details. By the time it came to the part of (y/n) needing surgery, the nurse asked me to prepare for the worse possible outcome of it. After taking in a few deep breaths, I was hit with news that would surely end (y/n)'s life for good.

"I'm afraid that after the surgery, (y/n) may take a very long while to regain feeling in their hands again."

By all the heavy pants that came after that, the nurse told me to calm down and after I had, said that it would not be impossible for (y/n) to use their hands afterwards. (y/n) would just need help carrying out daily tasks for a while. (y/n) would just need somebody by their side all the time.

And since we didn't have any relatives in Japan either, (y/n) could not continue staying in Japan alone.

The call ended after the nurse told me how long (y/n) would have to stay in the hospital before being discharged. After I hung up, I explained the situation to the manager.

"So, you're saying that (y/n) will have to come to Korea?" he asked afterwards. (y/n) didn't want to go back to America since that would just worry everyone back home. Neither did we have anyone else in Korea besides myself. Pretty much, there was one last place I could think of.

"(y/n)'s gonna have to stay here."

As expected, our manager was shocked. But after some thought, I guess he understood my conditions and agreed to it. The press already knew I had a sibling, and we could probably use the extra buzz.
