Rose pov

"Tommy please" I begged trying not to raise my voice. He was walking quickly infront of me to the garrison. I was basically running to keep up. We walked inside finally

"No" he replied as he went into the back

"It's not fair"

"I said no Rose" he said sternly sitting down

"God you're so annoying" I yelled at him sitting opposite him. He banged his hand on the table and stood up

"Watch your tone with me" he yelled

"What ya gonna do? Hit me? Go on. I dare you" I challenged standing up also. We were face to face. Arthur pulled Tommy down and Michael forced me down

"What's happened?" John asked. Neither me nor Tommy replied for a few minutes as we just stared at eachother

"You gonna tell em?" Tommy asked. I gave him the death glare not wanting to reply. I knew my brothers had the same opinion when it came to this topic so complaining to them would only put them on Tommy's side

"Rose here wants a boyfriend"

"Well she's not fucking getting one" Arthur huffed taking a swig of his whiskey

"It's not like that at all. There's a school dance and one of the boys asked me to go with him. I said yes but now Tommy's telling me I can't go at all" I explained

"You're not going Rose. You'll just end up with that boy" John said.

"Fine. We'll see what aunt pol has to say about the matter" I threatened standing up to leave

"No" they all yelled knowing aunt pol would give them hell

"We don't need to bring me mum into this" Michael said as I sat back down smirking

"Let's make a compromise. You can go to the dance....if finn goes aswell and keeps you away from the boys" John said.

"No way" I said

"Then you're not going" Tommy told me. I could feel my anger boiling and eventually overflow. I stormed out of the garrison after screaming in anger. I quickly ran to aunt pol who was at home.

"What's wrong?" She asked me when she heard the door slam. I stormed stormed the kitchen and found her and ada

"I hate my brothers" I yelled pacing up and down

"Sit down and explain" ada said pulling a chair out for me. I sat down angrily and began my rant

"They won't let me go to the dance with Danny. They don't know he's my boyfriend and they still won't let me go. And now they said I can only go the dance if finn is there and keeps me away from all the boys" I screamed. Aunt pol grabbed my hand to calm down

"Listen, ill pay finn to lie about the dance. He can tell our brothers he went with you and you didn't dance with anyone. He won't want to go anyway so he will just hang out with his mates wherever" ada suggested. I flung myself into her arms and hugged her

"Thank you" I said. She smiled and kissed my cheek

"Now, tell us more about Danny. I've met him but it's normally in a rush so don't got time to speak" aunt pol said

"Well, we've been going out 2 years. He's really sweet and he makes me laugh. He hangs around with finn alot because his younger brother is Finns age. He has a job looking after the horses with uncle Charlie. Uncle Charlie knows about us but he promised not to mention it to anyone." I explained blushing
