3RD P.O.V

"Wait, hold up, what do you mean you know where Storms is?" Tony asked confused "when Zemo managed to get to me, using the words, when he wanted to know about...he wanted to know about Siberia the place I was kept. Where the other Winter Soldiers were, the same place where they wiped my mind. Steve told me about the machine used to wipe my mind, but it looked different. Y/n has Electrokinesis, Storms must've built one that could withstand her powers. It was built to electrocute the mind, to wipe everything and replace it with whatever Storms wanted her to know, like HYDRA did with me. Steve, he's in Siberia, I know he is" Bucky explained.

Everyone stood quiet looking at Bucky stunned. Bucky looked at each of them waiting for an answer. Tony knew where he was talking about, the place he found out Bucky killed his parents. Steve looked over at Tony, seeing he was uneasy about it "well, we're the only three that are familiar about the base, might as well fill you guys in" Tony said turning away "Tony" Steve started seeing his expression. "It happened years ago; we've all changed" Tony said sternly taking Steve by surprise.

Tony pulled up a map of around the base "we've been over all the bases and from what we know about Storms, he's smart enough to know that we would go to one of the many HYDRA bases we've already going through" Tony stated "exactly. Storms' knows about Siberia from knowing HYDRA's secrets. We've been there before and because he's with this ECHO group he thinks we wouldn't go to a HYDRA base but to a base of his own that we have know idea about. Storms is, and most likely has, use everything HYDRA kept there that wasn't destroyed on y/n" Bucky said trying to make him see it was obvious.

Bucky told then about what he knew about the base, he basically knew the layout like the back of his hand. Steve added what he found in the base they found y/n in, about the clear serum they found. "We've ran a thousand tests on it and it's nothing like the Super Soldier Serum. This one has traces Morphine, Potassium, Lithium and Botulinum. Morphine is a strong painkiller and Potassium is a simple thing needed for the body's immune system, but Lithium and Botulinum are dangerous on their but mixed together, it's an explosion waiting to happen. We found the same traces in y/n's blood along with low traces of radiation. We don't know how she got the radiation, but we figured the serum was used to help Storms transfer power from the Electromagnetic into y/n. The radiation and this serum are what kept y/n alive" Bruce explained "yeah, we already know that. You guys have been trying to find the source for-"
