Chapter 1: A new place, with new people.

" are you sure your ready to go home" my sister Courtney asked me.

" yes, and besides , its been long enough" I replied, folding some of my clothes and putting them into a suitcase.

" Ok" she said. As I continued to pack thought back to how everyone would react when they saw that I was back. I smirked at this thought. I hadn't seen my family and friends in 9 months, enough time for someone to have a baby. I laughed. Me and my silly mind. Anyway I packed the last of my clothes, and took them out to my car, which was a purple and black Camaro.

" that's everything" I said as I went came back in my sister's apartment. She goes to college in Vancouver.

" are you sure?" Courtney asked, she drank some water out of a cup she had.

" positive" I assured.

She smiled," I'm going to miss you" she said as she came to hug me.

" I'm going to miss you too, Cour" I replied.

" if you need anything or just want to talk, I'm a phone call away" she said as she pulled away.

I nodded in response," well I gotta go" I stated," I'll call you as soon as I get home"

" you better or ill come hunting for your skinny ass" she said with a laugh.

" if you can catch this skinny ass" I countered with a grin.

" whatever, but tell mom and dad that i will be home in two weeks" she stated.

" alright I will do that, see ya, Cour, love you" I said opening the car door to my car.

" love you, too" was the last thing I heard her say before I got in the car and drove off. I sped off. Before I came to live with my sister Courtney my parents told me and my brother Dylan were moving to some place called La push, which is why I came to live with my sister in the first place.'It made me mad, I given up on my best friend Jess. They probably wouldn't even talk to me if I'd called. Anyway I picked up my phone to call Dylan. It ranged three times before someone answered.

" hello" I heard a deep voice on the other end.

" hey Dylan Its Jade...I was calling to tell you that I was on my way home and I wanted to know how to get to the house?"

" you know how to get to Port Angeles , right?" he asked

" yeah" I answered.

" well call me when you get there then me and 2 of my friends will come and get you" he said.

" ok, where are mom and dad?" I asked

" they are both out on business for the next week and a half so im have the house to myself well that's until you get here" he said

" it sounds like you don't won't me there" I said in a sad voice.

" I do" he assured," but the boys and I have been hanging out and you probably want to be around us" he said.

" No I'll be fine, and what boys" I asked, intrigued.

He laughed," some boys, I met down at the Rez.,and don't even think about it" he stated.

" think about what?" I asked.

" think about dating one of then, im not gay but they are not ugly, and I know you, Im not stupid" he stated.

" fine, but what If they hit on me" I asked

" then I'll take it from there" he stated, I knew a smirk was playing on his face.
