"Just stay at Yoongi's. I need to think about this." Kwan's voice swirled around Taehyung as he stood across from him in the rain before disappearing into the fog, leaving him feeling heartbroken and completely alone.

Taehyung woke up with a start. Where am I? He thought, rubbing his eyes and looking around. He recognized the room right away. The walls were black, and covered in posters of famous basketball players and Eminem. There was a large, vintage mirror in front of the grey desk by the door, and it was covered in polaroids of Taehyung and Yoongi from over the years. Yoongi's room had hardly changed since he first moved in with his aunt, but it was very different from the room he used to have when he lived with his parents. Back then, his room was pale, sky blue, and hand painted clouds by his mother were scattered on the ceiling. Yoongi was fast asleep on the inside of the bed, snoring loudly as he hogged all the blankets on his side. Taehyung rolled his eyes. Of course.

"Wake up, loser." Taehyung said, prodding his friend. Yoongi groaned, sounding as if Taehyung had just shoved a knife into his side.

"Mmm. . ." He responded, rolling over again. Taehyung sighed.

"Come on now, Gloss. Rise and shine."

Yoongi shot up at the mention of that name, glaring at Taehyung.

"I should have never told you about that." He hissed. Gloss was his underground rapper name that he'd given himself a couple years ago when he and a few other students thought they should try their hand at freestyle rap. He didn't go by it anymore, but Taehyung still bothered him about it because he thought it was adorable.

Taehyung smirked. "You're a good rapper though, Yoongi. I still think you should go by Shooting Guard and start making your own mixtapes." He said, rubbing his friend's back.

Yoongi groaned again. "Tae, we've gone over this; it's Suga, okay? Shooting Guard is too long and it sounds silly."

Taehyung shrugged. "Well, you're a silly dude."

Yoongi stuck his tongue out at him, making Taehyung laugh. Taehyung rolled off the bed and checked the time, wincing when he realised it was 10am already. He was supposed to work today at 11am, but he wasn't sure if he'd even be able to now. His mother invested in the cafe, and who knows if she even wanted Taehyung to be employed anymore.

Yoongi began stretching and yawning, his usual morning routine that would take ten solid minutes all on its own. Taehyung decided to use this time to message Kwan on Kakao Talk, his hands shaking.

Taehyung: Hey, R U awake?

Taehyung: I know U said U need to think about it

Taehyung: But can we meet up? I think we should talk about this now.

There. Now it was up to Kwan to reach out to him next. God, please let him text me back soon. The thought of waiting for his reply all day made Taehyung want to die. It was agony enough already not to be safe in his arms right now.

"Do you want me to walk you to the cafe? You should check in with your uncle." Yoongi said, pulling his shirt off. Taehyung stared at his friend, sadness filling him. Yoongi had lost too much weight in the last two or so months, ever since the doctor said for him to take it easy on the sports. He'd lost so much muscle, and most of his appetite as well. Seeing his ribs so easily hurt Taehyung.

"Let's go get some bibimbap. Okay?" Taehyung said as Yoongi pulled a shirt on. Bibimbap was Yoongi's favourite, and Taehyung so desperately wanted to see his friend eat something, and besides, it would help Taehyung take his mind off his current predicament.
