Dinner time was always a momentous occasion
In the Adams Foster home. Everyone would discuss their daily events of the day, everyone was happy and enjoying their meal. Stef was drinking a glass of wine, while l sipped on my own, what's does everybody have planned for the weekend. Stef asks her family, momma you might wanna asked mommy since has everything written down on the planner on the white board. Francesca says to her mother, okay smarter pants let's not make fun of mommy
Because she's a very organized person who likes to follow a plan, Stef tells her eight year old daughter. Good saved babe Lena says to her wife to be, l think it was a brilliant idea for the chore board you made the other day Stef said
Alright Frankie tonight is your night to do the dishes
Since none has anything scheduled for tomorrow
I received an email in my inbox. From the homeowners association is hosting a social for the newcomers in the neighborhood, l was thinking we should go as a family
to get to know the people in the community and Francesca maybe there will be kids your age there. Lena tells her oldest, mommy before Frankie could respond Stef cut her off. Love we know how much you miss your friends back in San Francisco, we're all trying to adjust here
I don't feel going to this social isn't a bad idea. Give it a chance before dismissing your mommy's gesture
Stef States, fine I'll go and give it a try Francesca
Momma what about me Ariana questions? Well princess mommy's told me that you'll be taking ballet soon
Stef winks at Ariana. I'm gonna take care of Sofia
Because she's not feeling well, Ariana said. Baby remember what the veterinarian told us, Sofia's not gonna play till she feels Stef explains to their four year old
I know that. I'm just going to make sure she eats and give her lots of love and affection, like you give me when l'm sick. isn't that what you do when somebody's ill Ariana replies, both parents underestimated there youngest child's ability. Ariana was very observant for her age
Even Francesca couldn't believe it herself, mom's Ariana got you there. Frankie spoke as she begins to clear the table. Along with Lena, Stef gets up from the table to go Sofia to take her for final walk for the night, Ariana asks to go, Stef gets Sofia's leash. Ariana puts on her jacket
As they head out the front door, Lena washes out the pots and pans. Frankie works on the plates, cups, and sliver ware. Mommy l wasn't trying to be disrespectful about what I said, during dinner Francesca said. I know sweetheart, your grandma taught me about that
When l was probably ten or eleven years old
She would write out all her events on the black board
Plus she kept a planner for important appointments and so on, it isn't a bad thing. Lena explains
Now Francesca understands the concept about planning ahead. But it's something she's willing to accept even when she's not sure. Her mother always a way of breaking things down so she could comprehend a little better
