Callie's: POV
We just landed in San Diego California
It feels like l been away forever. in reality it has only been four days, Leah and I were walking through the terminal over to baggage claim to retrieve our luggage. We haven't spoken since we were on the plane. Cals you got any plans for the weekend, Leah asks. A friend l haven't seen
in a while is coming to town. Callie States, hasn't this experience with Beth teach you anything Leah replies
Callie didn't give a response Leah's sudden out burst
Callie picked up her suitcase off the carousel
Leah did as well. Both girls walked through the airport in slience, when they got outside Callie went one direction and Leah headed in the other. Callie put her luggage in the trunk of the Lyft driver's car and got inside, the driver drove off. Callie hated the way she left things with Leah
She looked out the window and seen Leah standing there waiting for her ride to come. Callie felt bad
For everything that went down in fort Lauderdale
The guy was listening to the local news station
Rescue team found missing girl who disappeared recently
Body was discovered in the Atlantic ocean, authorities hasn't released her name to pubic as if yet. The police are doing a further investigation into this matter, their ruling is a possible homicide Case. Their were no witness at the scene, our thoughts and prayers are with the family
The driver pulled up in front of Callie's complex
Miss are you alright. Sorry huh what did you say
I was asking if you were ok, the young man asked
Oh l'm good it's been a long week Callie gets out the vehicle and retrieves her bags from the trunk of the car
Callie pulls her tall suitcase along. She takes the elevator up the third floor, Callie gets out her keys from the front of her pocket. And unlocks the door and goes inside
They are to many memories of Beth in Callie's loft
She lays things her down by the staircase. Callie sits down on her pull out sofa, Callie considers moving some place else. We're there aren't traces Beth all over, tomorrow Callie would start looking for another loft. She likes the area, but she feels an instant chill up her spine
Callie's letting her nerves get the best of her
Callie knows she needs to go to the grocery store to pick up some groceries.
