"Hey Y/n, I got your text, what's-" Jigen shushed himself as he stepped into the apartment, closing the door behind him as he heard the kids laughing.

"Um... Y/n? What's going on? The kids are very loud and..." Jigen trailed off when he got sight of the single mother by the kitchen table, "A-Are you crying? Ok, um... you stay here... and let me deal with them," Y/n was about to protest but Jigen hugged her from behind, "Y/n, you're the only woman I trust and you've saved my life so many times, so let me deal with the kids, it's the least I can do," he said and walked off, Y/n smiled a little as he walked off.

Jigen opened the door and stepped into the kids room. "Okay, you two. It's late, what are you two doing up?" "We're playing the floor is lava!" The 8-year-old said and the 6-year-old nodded. "Uncle Jigen, you're burning to death!"

"Alright, alright, end the games and go to sleep. You, but your pajamas shirt back on," Nihen said to the 6-year-old who surely had tossed it to the floor because of the game. "Time for bed," the two boys whined and Jigen glared at them, they quickly did as they were told and Jigen smiled.

"Uncle Jigen?" The 8-year-old asked and Jigen turns got him to see the boy holding out his hands, wanting a hug.

Jigen chuckled and walked over to hug him and then hug the younger one.
"There, now both of you, go to sleep. I'll see you in the morning," he said and walked out of the room.

The 6-year-old turned to his older brother, "Do you think uncle Jigen will marry mommy someday?" The older smiled and looked up at the sealing. "I hope so,"

Meanwhile the two boys spoke softly before falling asleep. Jigen walked back into the kitchen to see Y/n by the kitchen table, face in her hands.
"Okay Y/n, they're sleeping now," he stated and felt Y/n hug him tightly, causing him to stumble back a bit and he chuckled. "Y/n, everything's fine now... so what's the problem?" Jigen asked and Y/n dragged him towards the table and they sat down.

"At breakfast, I was trying to get the boys to calm down to make ready for school when I found them eating peanut butter and the dog who liked the smell bumped into their hands, causing them to drop the whole peanut butter can on the carpet and now it's covered with it because the dog liked and stepped everywhere with it under its paws.

Jigen didn't look so pleased by what he heard. "It's fine, we can try and fix it... did anything else happen?"

"After I had ended work... and I got home... I found them drawing with pends and markers," "Drawing? Where, on paper?" Y/n looked into his soul, "TV"

"Under the TV?"

"No, ON, the TV, like on the TV screen," Jigen looked at her and then sighed, "Okay, where's the pens now?"

"In my room, on top of the closet,"

"Good, they can't reach up there... so... then what?"

"I got angry and I was already stressed after my shitty boss embarrassed me in front of all my co-workers and... I don't know, but I-I yelled at them,"

"Well, they did something crazy alright,"

"No Jigen... I yelled yelled at them, they started to cry and I..." Y/n stopped herself when feeling new tears make their way and Jigen looked at her, "Y/n, N/n, it's okay, listen..."

"No, it's not okay..."

"Yes it is, everybody yell once in awhile at their kids,"

"I'm a horrible mother..."

"What? Are you crazy? You're an increasingly mother. So what if this time was a little louder than usual. So what if they cried, big deal. You didn't do it to hurt or scare them on purpose, right?"

"No, of course not,"

"Exactly, it's natural to yell at a times like that. You yell because they're either in a dangerous situation and you're scared for them to get hurt or you yell be sure they've done something wrong... That doesn't make you a bad mother,"

"Yes it does, Jigen,"

"No, it doesn't, you know what it makes?"

"What?"

"It makes you a caring, loving, concerned mother. What I've learned from all those parenting lessons you forced me to go with you on..."

Y/n giggled at those memories, "As a parent, you have to love your kids with care, even if it meant to yell at them. If they do anything stupid, scold them. If they do anything dangerous, do anything to keep them safe... even if it means to yell at them," he said and Y/n smiled slightly, "Thank you, Jigen,"

"Of course, those lads are a lot of work. I know after been babysitting them," he said and sighed heavily. Y/n smiled and Jigen stared at her... "Jigen?" Y/n asked and tilted her head.

Jigen sighed and stood up, he then walked over and held her cheek in his hand, "You know I would never leave you like that asshole did... right?"

"Jigen? W-What's up with you? I know you never would leave... you're my best friend,"

"That's not what I meant, Y/n,"

"Then... what?" Jigen leaned down closer to her face.

"This," he mumbled and pressed his lips onto hers.

Y/n's eyes widened and Jigen parted, "I love you, Y/n. More than a friend," Y/n held her hand over her mouth and Jigen watched as her eyes watered, Jigen panicked a bit, "W-Why the tears? D-did you not like the kiss? Did I say something wrong?" Y/n then stood up and hugged him and nuzzled her face into his neck. "I love you too, Jigen," she mumbled and Jigen sighed in relief... it was happy tears.

Jigen hugged back and they parted a little only to share a kiss once more.
This time, a bit longer and more passionate.

They parted and touched foreheads, both smiled when they heard small footsteps coming from behind them.

They turned to see the two kids now stand by the doorway. The older blinked, "Is uncle Jigen and mommy together now?" The younger asked and Y/n smiled and crouched down, "Yes honey," she said and the two smiled brightly and ran up to hug their mother and Jigen who was dragged down into the hug.

Y/n giggled and smiled at the sight before her of her sons hugging Jigen.
"We love you Jigen!" The two said and Jigen smiled a little, "I love you too, boys,"
Y/n smiled and hugged Jigen and kissed his cheek, "Let's get them yo bed, 'kay?" Jigen nodded and they walked towards the boys room to put them back to bed.

Y/n smiled as she watched Jigen tuck in her youngest son, 'We're finally a complete family...'
