Zenigata glared daggers at Lupin.
Why? Well, Lupin was currently flirting with Zenigata's friend and crush, Y/n L/n.

This was another try to catch the man by having Y/n as a bait to lure Lupin closer to Zenigata but as he witnessed the other man flirting with Y/n... anger was boiling up inside.

Y/n who was only told to sit by the bar until some man with black hair and red-colored jacket walked up to them didn't really know what to say when he came up to them.

Y/n remembered Zenigata telling them to just keep him busy for some time so they decided to just freestyle and make up random conversations, not realizing that the man was flirting with them.

"You good at dancing?"

"I-I'm not sure if—" before they could continue, the man dragged them towards the dance floor and held them close, causing Y/n to blush hard at how close they were to the stranger.

Zenigata and Yata was staring at the two. Yata glanced at Zenigata and sweat dropped when he noticed the angry expression on his face, it was obvious the investigator have had feelings for Y/n for quite some time now... And his feelings was now showing more than ever...

Lupin smiled down at Y/n as they had a little trouble following him in the dance but they slowly got it and they smoothly danced around on the dance floor.

Y/n didn't dare look up at him until he used his hand that was before on their hip to move their chin up to make them look at him.

Lupin smirked when he noticed Zenigata get up from his seat and as the other man was close, Lupin spin Y/n around, and them not being ready at the move, nearly fell to the ground but Zenigata reacted quickly and caught them so it seemed like he dipped them in a dance.

Y/n opened their eyes only to be meet with a blushing Zenigata. They tilted their head, wondering what was wrong with him... was he sick? Did he have a fever? But it was quite hot in the night club so it must be that... Questions like this occupied Y/n's mind.

Lupin chuckled and waved at the two who stood up and he swiftly left. "Lupin—!" Zenigata was cut off when Yata put a hand on his shoulder, "I called the rest of ICPO, they'll get him, I follow him and report back to you. You stay here and... keep L/n company,"

Zenigata sighed and nodded and watched as Yata ran out of the night club. He felt a tug on his suit and looked down at Y/n who was smiling up at him, "Want to join me in a dance, Zeni?" Zenigata smiled nervously and nodded.

He blushed, redder than ever when he felt Y/n hold around his neck. He gulped and held them by the waist. They slowly swayed together when Zenigata suddenly felt Y/n lay their head on his chest and feel them stand closer to him, he blushed more if that was even possible and widened his eyes when he felt his... um... Private parts got a little to excited...
"U-Um, Y-Y/n?"

"Hm? Is something the matter Koichi?" They asked, tilting their head to the side when they suddenly felt something poke their thigh, Y/n raised an eyebrow and was about to turn their gaze down but Zenigata panicked and quickly let go of them and ran off towards the restroom.

Y/n blinked confused but as they started to realize what had happened, they blushed hard and covered their face with their hands, embarrassed of not realizing it from the beginning...

Y/n sighed and rubbed their neck and took a seat by the bar table and ordered a drink from the smirking bartender who had witnessed the whole scene.

A couple of minutes passed and Zenigata returned from the restroom, an embarrassed look on his face as he approached Y/n.

"Y-Y/n?"

"Wh-Why didn't you tell me?" They asked and turned in their seat to look at him, slightly blushing, "Why didn't you tell me that you like me?"

Zenigata rubbed his neck and sighed, "B-Because I thought... you only liked me as a friend, I guess,"

"You're an idiot..."

"Wha—"

"I may be oblivious sometimes about these sort of things... But that have never stopped me from falling for you too and show you that I love you in so many ways,"

"Y-You what?" Y/n rolled their eyes and stood up and grabbed his tie, dragging him down and pressed their lips together with his.

Zenigata widened his eyes but slowly melted into the kiss and returned it as whistles were heard all around them from the bartender and drunk guests.

The two parted and Y/n smiled up at the man, "I love you," Zenigata gulped, "I-I love you too," he said softly and hugged them close... enjoying the final moment of them as friends and the first moment of them as lovers.
