Hunter turned the sign around and yawned. "We're finally closed." He stretched his arms out and turned to face Blake.
"Let's get outta here." Blake said.
The two boys turned to wait for their friends, only to realize they haven't moved. The three stood around the counter talking with one another. Blake and Hunter walked over to them confused. "Aren't you guys leaving?" Hunter asked.
"Not yet. We're planning something." Shane said.
"What are you guys planning?" Blake asked.
"Gwen's birthday is coming up. We want to be prepared." Tori answered.
"Birthday? No one said anything about a birthday."
"Sorry about that. It probably never crossed our minds to tell you." Dustin apologized.
"What do you guys have planned so far?" Hunter asked.
"Well we're obviously getting her a cheesecake, since she doesn't like sweets. We're getting help from Cam so we can celebrate at Ninja Ops."
"And that's about it." Tori sighed.
"That's all?" Blake asked. He then let out a scoff. "You guys sure know how to celebrate a birthday." He said sarcastically.
"Do you have any ideas?"
Blake's smirk dropped. He scratched his neck awkwardly. "No." He mumbled.
Everyone shook their head at him. "What about you Hunter? Any advice on what we should do?" Tori asked.
Hunter stiffened as everyone's their eyes moved to him. "I-I'm not sure." He stuttered. He felt so awkward. "Sorry."
"Hey, don't fret about it. I'm sure Gwen wouldn't want something big anyways. I'm sure a birthday song would be enough." Blake patted Hunter's shoulder.
"Nah, she'd probably hate that. Gwen hates when the attention is on her." Dustin said.
"How about we just focus on getting presents for her?" Shane suggested.
"I'm already ahead of you. I got these really cool pair of yellow shoes. I think she'll really like them." Dustin bragged.
"Yellow? I'm sure she prefers the color red."
"No way. Blue is much better."
The three argued while the two brothers just watched and listened. Blake smiled as he leaned closer to Hunter. "You know, this could be a good chance to try and make up with her."
Hunter shook his head. "I think she needs more time away from me."
"So you're not getting her a present?"
"Of course I am. I'll probably just ask Cam to give it to her for me."
Blake shook his head in disappointment. "For being the oldest, you're not making a good impression on your younger brother on how to properly ask out a girl." He mocked. Hunter glared at Blake as they turned around and began leaving.

Cam sat at the computer drinking his cup of coffee. He had the present sitting next to him, waiting for Gwen to wake up so he could give it to her.
He looked down at the time on his watch. It was still early, but he knew Gwen should have been up by now.
As he put his arm back down, he could hear her running around in her room. He smiled as he realized she was probably in a rush.
Cam heard footsteps coming down the stairs. He didn't turn around as he assumed it was just his friends. "Where's the birthday girl?" Shane asked.
They all suddenly heard a loud slam. "She's getting dressed." Cam answered.
