“willow..”
“willow!”
“willow, hey?”
“willow, let’s go home”
i kept hearing these familiar voices and i felt someone nudging my arm while i still have my eyes closed.
“willow? come on, wake up” a familiar voice whispered in my ear that made me jump from where i was seated as i raised my head up from his voice.
i looked up to see thorn? he was standing in front of me with a worried face while i was looking up at him with a confused face.
ramdam ko ang pagtulo ng luha ko rito nung makita kong buhay siya at nakatayo pa sa harapan ko.
“why is she crying? is something wrong with her?” nagulat ako nung nandito rin si astrid, archer at blaine na nakatitig sa akin.
“w-what? buhay kayong lahat!” napasigaw ako nung isa isa silang lumapit at nagpakita sa akin. i mentally slapped myself just to see if i was dreaming or if i was in the same where thorn died.
i laughed a little then sobbed at the sight of my friends, buhay silang lahat at hindi ako makapaniwala sa nangyayari.
“it was all a dream?” i talked to myself na parang wala sila rito. “what are you talking about, willow?” thorn sat down beside me asking me if i was okay.
“no, i had this dream where..” i trailed off because inisa isa ko pa sila at lahat nga sila ay totoong nandito sa harapan ko. “where all of you died and i was the only one left” i cried even more as thorn hugged me.
i missed this scent, i missed him being my comfort. i only stopped crying when i heard archer calling out for us outside.
“you had a nightmare” imik ni astrid. i nodded and told them every details about that goddamn nightmare. it was traumatic and painful yet i was so glad that it wasn’t true.
it felt surreal than a dream kaya naiiyak ako habang kinukwento ang lahat. hindi pala ito totoo at nagising ako sa oras na uwian pa lang namin.
the rain wasn’t that heavy anymore, there were no storms and it wasn’t dark outside no longer when archer called out because we were about to go home.
“kala ko naman sinasapian na si willow, tatawag na sana ako ng albularyo” pabirong sab ni priam at sinipa ito ni thorn.
“well then, let’s go home? i’ll give you guys a ride” i smiled at what ryker said when he offered to drive us home lalo na at magdidilim na.
i noticed that ryker and paris were official and it was unlike in that nightmare where they kept their staus as lowkey, still in their courting stage.
i also noticed javler’s somehow close to cassidy already and i think sila naman yung nasa ligawan stage, which is cute and funny at the same time because their personalities were mixed of quiet, grumpy and loud.
everything was back to normal, i also made it sure and asked thorn if what i did in that nightmare was true or vice versa. he said that none of it was true because we’ve been in a relationship for a year now and kreed doesn’t even like going near women as he fears them.
speaking of kreed, mukhang bumait ito at tahimik na just like zero and khail. they were in good terms as friends at inisip ko lang na lahat ng nangyayari ngayon ay kabaliktaran lang ng nasa bangungot ko.
