Jasmine opened the door and was greeted by the Weasley family.
“Hey, come on in. Dinner is just about ready,” she greeted, moving out of the way so that could come inside, as she greeted everyone individually.
“Hello, Jasmine,” Molly said, giving Jasmine a hug.
“Molly, good to see you,” Jasmine said.
“It is, I do wish it was at a much happier time, though,” Molly said in a hushed tone, before holding up a small carrier. “Someone's been looking for you.”
“He has? Aww, thank you again for watching him. I hope he wasn't too much trouble,” Jasmine said, carefully picking up the carrier, seeing Milo poking his nose through the carrier door to sniff about.
“Oh, he was no trouble at all,” Molly reassured. “It's no problem,” she added, before carefully wheeling Arthur, who was still in recovery, to the dining room.
“Hello again,” Ron said.
“Hi, Ron, Hermione, I think dinner is going to be ready soon,” Jasmine said, holding the carrier.
“Great,” Ron said, heading to the dining room, leaving Hermione behind.
“Typical Ron,” Hermione muttered, making Jasmine chuckle softly.
“Yeah, he's an odd one. I take it that Harry isn't coming?” Jasmine asked.
“No, he said he needed some time alone,” Hermione said.
“Right…I hope he doesn't get himself into any trouble,” Jasmine said, before hearing the twins apparate. “Speaking of trouble,” she said, making Hermione chuckle softly. “The dining room is down that way, I'm sure Remus wants to get started soon.”
“Right, thank you,” Hermione said, heading inside, following Ron's path to the dining room. Jasmine turned to greet Fred and George, before Fred kissed her lips. She blushed lightly and kissed back, before pulling away gently.
“Well hello to you too, you both made it just in time, dinner is just about to start,” Jasmine said, before saying hi to George.
“Glad we made it in time, we were putting some finishing touches into the decor. Maybe we could show you around tomorrow?” Fred asked.
“Yeah, that'd be great,” Jasmine said, as she closed the door behind the twins once they were both inside. “We should get to the dining room before dinner gets cold.” She said, walking with them to the dining room. “Hey, Remus? I am going to take Milo upstairs so he could get out of his carrier, I won't be long.”
“Okay, should I make him a plate?” Remus asked.
“It should be about time for him to eat again,” Molly said.
“Oh, then I'm sure he would love something to eat,” Jasmine said. “He should be happy with a bit of meat. He's not supposed to eat starchy foods, so no potatoes.”
“Right,” Remus said. “You read up on that more than I have,” he said, preparing a small plate of the pot roast for Jasmine's ferret.
“Yeah,” Jasmine said with a soft chuckle, before heading upstairs to her room. She walked into her room and carefully sat the carrier down, before opening it carefully. Milo poked his head out of the door, sniffing around, before scurrying out of the carrier. Jasmine chuckled softly and gently petted Milo's head. “I missed you, little one,” she said softly. Milo nuzzled her hand, before looking behind her, and climbing off of the bed quickly.
“Hello, Milo,” Fred said, before setting down Milo's plate. Jasmine smiled at him, before standing up, and dusting off her skirt. “Oh, my brother showed up.”
