What happened to teju?

I rushed to her ,lifted her in my arms and made her sleep on the couch
I rubbed her hand and legs
"Laddoo kya huya.please ut ja na yaar"I said with tears .
I tried calling the doctor but the network of the area was a jam ,so no calls could be reached
I was blank and I didn't know what to do
I was crying when mr Desai suggested me to sprinkle some water on her
I ran to the canteen there was nobody in the office except us three .The canteen was locked .I tried to open it but couldn't.Without any choice I broke the glass of the canteen .my hands were bleeding but i didn't care .i went inside the canteen and as soon as I got the water bottle I rushed to my cabin and sprinkled water on her face .
There was no response.the light tower had collapsed so there was no power in the office.The generator doesn't support the lift
There was stairs but I had locked it up as no one uses it .I was regretting my decision.
I sat on the floor helpless weeping
After sometime
She was coming back to senses
"Laddoo laddoos"I screamed with joy
She pointed towards me.Desai and said "sunny....Vijay....Vijay yaha kya kar raha ha"
She told with scare.He was in a shock of mind
He again got a panic attack .Karan made her sit on the couch .
As soon as he did he made her sit,knowing that it was mr Desai who was Vijay ,he pounced on him.
"You fucking bastard how dare you trouble my laddoo"he started to punch him left and right 
"I will kill you today"there was a exchange of words between them
Teja tried to stop Karan but he was not listening and teja couldn't get up

My mind was full of anger.I would have killed him today.I was in rage.My concern was not only about laddoo but about all the other girls.
I was not ready to listen to him .I was shocked on seeing the thing he showed me on the phone

"See I know you are her boyfriend so I came prepared"he said laughing
He got up and pushed me towards the door.If he had not the pictures I swear he would been murdered by me
My face was red in anger.I wanted to beat the shit of him but I controlled
I saw towards my right and saw laddoo shivering.I sat next to her and started to rub her hands
I knew if it get worse ,her panic attack will cause a serious issue . After she was alright ,"Laddoo I will anything to keep you safe ,even it means my death"I said with a kiss on the forehead assuring her that I was there for her .
"Oh hero romance hogaya ho to kam ki baay Kare"I heard a voice from behind
"Ya Bol Kya chaiye tujhe" I asked with a serious face
What will Vijay ask ?will Karan fulfil
