A WEEK HAS PASSED SINCE THE NARNIANS HAVE DEFEATED THE TELMARINES. Everyone was still overjoyed from the peace they felt after waiting for thousands of years.

Everyday, Kate has learned more and more of the Pevensies and has grown closer to them. Of course Caspian too, but he was mostly busy with King duties.

Sometimes, Caspian would ask help from Peter and Edmund and the two would agree without hesitation. But most of the time, the now King of Narnia would always find ways to spend time with The Gentle Queen.

A sneaky flirt, he is.

Right now, Lucy and Kate were by the garden, picking up flowers to make each other flower crowns.

"Curiously asking, when is your birthday?" Lucy randomly blurted out, her doe eyes staring at her. Kate stopped building her crown, deep in her thoughts, "Actually...I don't really know my real birthday. The memories of my real mother and early childhood are still a blur and I plan to ask Aslan soon about them. Maybe he knows."

"But you age yearly, how do you celebrate, then?"

"Well, instead of my birthday, we celebrate the day fath-Miraz had found me, which is April 2nd." Kate shrugged, continuing on her work. "How about you? When is your birthday?"

"Now that's a story for another time," The Queen gave her a teasing smile, wiggling her eyebrows.

"Hey, not fair! I told you mine." Grumbled the princess, pouting to herself. The Pevensie that Kate always hung out with was Lucy, but it was no surprise. They were best friends after all.

"Lucy! Kate!" Caspian ran towards them, panting once he reached the two twelve year olds. "What is it, oldie?" Kate asked, not even looking at him. Lucy giggled at this and turned to face the poor tired King.

"I have been looking for the two of you! Aslan said to gather everyone." Caspian spoke in between pant, he inhaled sharply and stood up straight. At this, Kate froze on her spot.

Why would Aslan want to gather everyone?

Is something important coming up?

"Oh..." Even Lucy had sensed something. She spaced out for a few seconds before nodding, "We'll be there." Caspian nodded and now ran on the opposite way, back to the castle.
