IT'S BEEN EXACTLY TWO WEEKS SINCE THE PEVENSIES HAD RETURNED TO THEIR WORLD. Without the help of the Queens and Kings of the Old, Caspian got busier. He rarely had time to do the things he wanted yet alone relax. Who knew being a king was a lot of work?

Alone, Kate passed through the corridors. Today, she really had nothing better to do so she just decided to give the library a visit.

"Ah, your highness! How delightful to see you on this fine day." Greeted Truflehunter as he walked towards the princess with a bright smile. Kate smiled weakly, not wanting to seem rude, "It has been a beautiful morning, I was just used to Susan and Lucy waking me up."

"You have missed them?"

"I'm sure everyone has, Trufflehunter."

The badger had noticed how sad the young princess looked. He sighed but then his eyes lit up when he had an idea, "How about we take a visit to Cair Paravel? In there, you may say the things you want to say while being in the presence of our Kings and Queens."

"Brilliant! We'll go before sundown, Caspian might worry if we travel at night." Kate finally looked recharged, excitement coming over her. She misses the adventures, not being stuck within castle walls. "Very well then, Trumpkin may come too, he knows Narnia just by the back of his head. With him, I doubt we'll get lost." Trufflehunter bowed down before turning the other way to look for the dwarf.

Instead of the library, Kate decided to pay her exhausted cousin a visit. She knew that she needed to ask his permission before leaving, or else she might be in big trouble. Caspian is protective.

"Cas...pian?" Kate stopped midway, her eyes widening when she saw scattered papers everywhere but no sign of the king. She furrowed her eyebrows and fully opened the door. The princess gulped as she started to worry, there was no sign of Caspian anywhere in his room. It was the mess that greeted her.

"Caspian? Uhhh, where are you?" Kate looked around then started to pick up the papers on the floor, stacking them all together before neatly placing them on the desk. "Cas? I...Caspian!" Running towards Caspian's body that's sprawled on the floor, Kate almost tripped herself before kneeling beside him.

"Hey, what's going on? Wake up!" The princess worriedly shook him then leaned closer to check if he was still breathing. Luckily, Caspian seemed to be alright. She pressed the back of her hand on his forehead, gasping when she felt how hot his temperature was. "Oh Aslan, you're burning! Why did you work even if you're sick? Hang on, I'll call for help."
