CASPIAN WATCHED AS THE VILLAGERS LINED UP ON THE SIDES, creating space for him, Reepicheep, and Younri to pass. For a second, deja vu flashed him back on his coronation three years ago, where he met his first love. Shaking his head, he cleared his throat and smiled kindly at the Narnians and Telmarines.
"Your majesty, if I may," Reepicheep says by his shoulder, "Is there a possibility that Princess Katherine is with Lord Tewkesbury?"
Distracted by the question, Caspian nodded his head, "Yes, there is, noble mouse. I just...I wonder why Kate had to leave in the first place." Reepicheep nodded his head, understanding that the King needed time to think. Caspian glanced once again to the crowd, a man with a sinister looking smile catching his attention.
The man looked dangerous but was smiling widely. His smile, however, looked like it had thousands of dark secrets. There was a green mist surrounding him until he suddenly disappeared into thin air. Caspian lost sight of the suspicious man and he clenched his jaw.
Being King, he knew he wasn't supposed to carelessly point at someone and accuse them, but Caspian couldn't help it. That man looked like Miraz.
But Miraz was dead.
Right?
"What's the matter, my king?"
Caspian shook his head at Younri, dismissing her worried expression. Miraz is dead. Sopespian killed him, and Aslan killed Sopespian. What happened three years ago was over.
But what was the green mist?
Perhaps he should ask his professor about that soon.
