Chapter 31

(Luke's POV)

"So Luke, recently you were spotted with a brown haired girl at a restaurant?" The interviewer asks.

"Uh yea! Her name is Jenn," I reply back without hesitation.

"Are you together?"

"We aren't together."

"Okay. So guys, what US stadium are you most looking forward to or already went to?"

"Orlando," Michael says.

"New York," Ash says.

"L.A.," Cal says.

"Chicago," I reply.

"Why Chicago?" he asks.

"Something big is happening there soon. It's a surprise."

"Oh. Well. Thank you so much for your time and we will see all of you next week!"

"That's a wrap!" I hear a worker yell.

"Thank you so much!" the interviewer says, standing up and shaking all of our hands.

"Alright boys! Lets get you all to your concert."

It has been about two months since we had our last break. It's finally August and there is only like a month left of touring. Chicago a week from now and I am completely nervous. I plan on asking out Jenn there. I don't know how, but I need to act like nothing is happening. I want it to be special. I told Jenn to just go to the stadium. One Direction has been there since noon and it's now six. The show starts in an hour. We had to wake up early this morning to practice at the stadium, then we were rushed to get to this interview. I hate how all of them keep asking if we are single or not, or why I like Chicago out of the whole US.

"Did you plan how you were going to ask Jenn out next week?" Calum asks.

"No. I don't want it to be like last time, we went to the Sears Tower."

"We will figure it out. Don't worry."

That was the last word I heard until we drove to the backstage area. The driveway leading the car into the backstage area was completely empty and I can't believe there were no girls trying to run in and sneak backstage.

I jump out of the van and over to our dressing room. Lou has to do all of our hairs and that's it. We usually wear whatever we are wearing that day of a concert.

"Luke! You're first, get in the chair, we only have twenty minutes," Lou shouts.

I run into the chair and sit down carefully. I reach for my phone in my back pocket and unlock it. I need to text Jenn, asking where she is so I can see her before I go on stage.

*Where are you??*

*The One Direction dressing room, where are you?*

*My dressing room, meet me by the stage entrance, I need to see you before I go on stage and preform*

*Okay ^.^*

I turn off my phone and put it on the table next to me. Lou barely touched my hair. She cut a little bit of it and fixed my quiff. As soon as she unties the towel that prevented any hair or products from getting onto my clothes, I dash for the stage entrance. I haven't seen Jenn all day. More than 12 hours.

My pace picks up as soon as I see a feminine figure standing by the door. Her brown hair curled and in a high pony tail. She was beautiful. I can't wait to call her mine again, if she accepts.
