Chapter 63

(Luke's POV)

"What would've happened if we never went to this camp?" Michael asks.

Two years later, we have changed. We lost friends and we gained friends. If I never went to this camp, I would've never met Jenn. Thinking about a life without Jenn is heartbreaking. I would've never moved to Chicago and lets be honest, I probably wouldn't have a girlfriend.

"In all honesty, I probably wouldn't have a life besides concerts almost every night," Ashton says while wrapping his arm around Katie.

Both Ashton and Michael ended up surprising us a few hours ago. We had no clue they were coming because we all thought they were in Australia.

"I think we all can agree. Even though I was never at this camp, if you guys never went here, I wouldn't have met Jenn and Jenn means everything to me," Louis says.

Jenn smiles and cuddles deeper in my chest. I wrap my arm around her and move her closer. She was tired, I knew that. We all ended up going swimming in the lake and zip lining. About an hour after zip lining we ate dinner and headed back here for a bonfire. We were all sitting around the fire and just talking about anything. Coming to this camp was the best choice I ever made. When management told us we had to come here, I was pretty mad, but it changed as soon as I saw Jenn.

I never expected to be this far in a relationship ever. It's kinda hard to let someone in your life because they could be a fan just trying to use you. I never felt that with Jenn. I knew she was with me because we both love each other.

"I think I'm going to head to sleep. I'm pretty tired. Good night everyone," Jenn says getting off of me and hugging everyone goodnight.

I gave her a soft kiss and whispered in her ear, "I'll be there in a few minutes."

She nods and walks away. I watch her leave until she disappeared from my sight. I feel colder since she left. I put my hoodie on and make sure my hands were in the sleeves.

"Have you ever thought about marrying Jenn?" Liam asks.

I freeze for a second before replying, "yea, but I feel like it's too early. I mean, we've been together for technically two, almost three years. I don't want to rush things."

"I get what you are saying, but I might propose to Soph pretty soon. I don't want to get married right now, but knowing that we both want to move on satisfies me."

"If I propose to her, we are gonna have to wait a few years," I reply.

Thinking about it, it was a good idea to propose to her. Yes, it would take time to actually get married, but me and Jenn would be on the same page.

"Well, I hope you guys do end up getting married."

"So do I, well I think I'm going to head up to my cabin. I told Jenn I would be there in a few minutes. Night guys," I reply before walking off.

"Night," they all reply.

I heard them begin a conversation again and Louis walking off to his and Harry's cabin.

"Jenn?" I say as I walk into the cabin.

It starts raining and I shut all the windows before the storm gets worse.

"I couldn't sleep so I stayed here."

Jenn was sitting in the secret lounge with the fireplace on. As long as I've known Jenn, she has been scared of thunderstorms.

"Awe Jenn. How about we watch some movies until we fall asleep. Okay?" I ask as I rub her arms, trying to comfort her.

She nods, "lets change into our pajamas and freshen up before we watch the movies."

We both walk back into our room and I put on sweatpants and a black muscle tee. Jenn walks out, slightly twinning with me. She had grey sweatpants and a plain black shirt. She noticed too and laughed. I go into the bathroom
and wash my face and brush my teeth.

"Are you ready?" she asks.

I nod and walk downstairs and sit on the couch. I scroll through the movie options and select Divergent, knowing Jenn loves Theo James.

She sits next to me and places her head on my chest. I wrap my arms around her and just stare at her. She was watching the movie and I just thought about me and Liam's conversation.

"What's wrong?" she asks.

"Hm?"

"You've been staring at me for five minutes...what's up?"

I think for a second before shrugging, "Jenn, have you ever thought about...moving to a more serious part in our relationship?"

"You mean as in marriage?" she asks.

"Well...yea. I know we are way too young right now, but do you ever see us there?"

"Of course I see us there. Not too soon, but not too far from now. I love you," she says.

"I love you too."

I let out a big breath of relief because I was afraid she would freak out. I knew this question could've ruined our trip if she took it the wrong way.

I turn to face the TV and continue watching the movie. I keep closing my eyes and almost falling asleep, but there's always a loud part of the movie that wakes me up.

"Luke go to sleep. You're tired," Jenn says.

"No I'm fine. I want to stay with you."

"Go to sleep Luke. I'll be fine."

"Okay. Goodnight."

"Goodnight. Love you."

"Love you too."

I walk upstairs and jump into bed and immediately fall asleep.

I had the weirdest dream ever. I was in a church. Jenn and I were getting married. I smiled as the priest was saying the words. I saw my best friends to the side of me. I had Michael, Ashton, and Calum as my best mans. Jenn had Catherine as her maid of honor. She looked gorgeous in the white dress.

"Luke?"

I wake up to see Jenn tapping my shoulders.

"Time to wake up. By the way, what were you dreaming about last night? You kept mumbling and smiling."

"Nothing. I was just happy from yesterday."
