"PIZZA!!!" Michael ran to the door, almost knocking me down to reach the pizza in Luke's arms. When Ashlee looked at me I raised my eyebrows and smirked. She gave me a small thumbs up and then pointed at Ashton without anyone noticing. "What took you guys so long?" Michael's voice cracked as he sunk his teeth into the cheesy goodness.

Luke flicked his eyes at me and I blushed, "There was a line." Calum smirked and took a bite of pizza and smacked Luke on the back of the head.

I looked at the clock above the oven, "Crap, Ashlee, we need to go!" I stood up and shoved my shoes back on. And pulled Ashlee up from her seat.

"What? Why?" Ashton asked and stared into Ashlee's eyes.

Ashlee didn't answer, but her face sure looked pink, "My mom thinks we are at the library. And wants us home by 8." I answered.

"You lied?" Luke looked pleased and leaned back smoothly in his chair.

"Yeah, so don't bring this up in front of my mom." I said while walking to the door, Ashlee behind.

Luke got up, followed my Ashton. Luke touched my arm softly, "Are you implying I will be meeting your mom again?"

I smiled and shook my head, "Yeah. Of course." I looked in the corner of my eye Ashton was hugging Ashlee, Luke and I looked back at each other and he leaned in for a hug, full of more tension.

"See you at school tomorrow!" I shouted to the other boys in the kitchen. "Bye Ashton, Luke." I nodded at the both of them and got in my car, pulling out of Luke's driveway. I should have said good bye to his lovely mom, but I'm not sure where she went.

"I like Ashton." Ashlee sighed and smacked her forehead. I laughed gently.

"I know, and he sure likes you." Her eyes got big and she shook with excitement. Then all of the sudden she cried. "Ash, what the heck?"

"I am going home on Saturday. I won't see him again." I forgot about that issue.

"You'll come back, maybe you can spend the summer here! And you guys can keep in contact."  I suggested.

"I guess." She said and wiped her tears away, "You like Luke, don't you."

This was not a question, "Um well. yeah I do." I finally said. Waiting for more questions from Ashlee.

"And the line was not long at the pizza place." She grinned and pushed my arm. "You were kissin." I laughed, embarrassed.

"Maybe a little." I admitted and Ashlee went crazy.

"I TOLD YOU. ON THE PHONE. SEE I KNEW YOU LIKED HIM. I told you soo!!! Muhahahah!" Ashlee screamed and shouted, with her arms flailing in the air.

"Shut up." I laughed, she kept poking at me. When we got home we got ready for bed and lay there just talking about boys and Luke and Ashton, and ya know, the best friend stuff until the both of us drifted away in sleep.

Luke's POV

"You savage." Calum grinned and clapped when I walked into the kitchen. "There was a line?" He mimicked me and nudged Michael. "Your pizza was late because our good friend here was busy doing rough play in the backseat of his car." Michael sighed and took another slice, eating it in almost 4 bites.

I smirked and scratched my neck, "Well not the backseat." I corrected and Calum cupped his hands around his mouth.

"LUKE WAS GETTING SOME-"

I interjected before he went any further, "No no no!! We were just kissing." I bit my lip and they all eyed each other, smirking. "I'm not kidding. That's it."

Michael was disappointed, "The Luke I know, wouldn't just kiss. Ya catch my drift?"

I rolled my eyes and sighed, "Yeah well that's it, alright?" I looked down. "We confessed our feelings too."

Ashton smiled and giggled, "What happened to, 'guys she hates me!!'" He quoted what I said a while ago.

Calum pointed, "Or or 'she's just my tutor'!!!!" They all looked at each other and laughed, picking on me.

"I hate you guys." I said. They all stared at me, holding in a laugh. Finally I broke and joined them in laughing and screaming.

"Can you boys keep it down?!" My mom yelled down the stairs. We all stopped laughing. Because whrn Liz speaks, we listen.

"Sorry mom!" I bit my lip, holding back more giggles. My head flinched towards the sound of the front door opening.

"What the-" Michael whispered.

My eyes got big, thinking someone was just going to walk in my house and shoot us all. "Hel-hello?" I stammered. I almost fainted at the sight I saw. Anger grew through my body and I felt the veins in my forehead rise. I stand looking at the one person I never wanted to see again, the person who ruined my mom's life, my dad.
