Chapter 28

Goldheart's POV

"Silverstone? You'll give up your power.. For me?"

"Of course I will Goldheart! It's just some stupid power. I'm doing for you. I'm doing it because I love you."

"Is this your final decision?" Meows Flamestar.

"Yes." Silverstone replies

"Brace yourself.."

I watch a great force hitting Silverstone and it knocks her to one side. She starts screeching in pain.

I want to comfort her but this is her choice...

Silverstone screeches louder. "Flamestar how much longer!" I yowl.

"Almost.. It's complete!"

I run to Silverstone's side. "Are you o-"

Darkness spreads over me. My paws slowly reach for the stars and I drift to where I was buried.

I see my dead body float up and it hurls itself inside of me.

My body is restoring! I wish it wasn't so painful..

Slowly my tail begins to form.. Then my lower body.. Then up to my muzzle.

Then I fall.

"Goldheart! Wake up! Are you okay?" Meows a voice shaking into my ear.

I shoot my amber eyes open. "Silverstone.. I'm okay! My body.. It's restored! I have a second chance! Starclan.. Thank you so much." I meow.

I turn towards Silverstone. "Will you be my mate?"

"I.. Yes! yes I will!" She replies.

"Let's head back to camp. And we will raise these kits.. Together."
