"What were you doing outside in such a bad weather?"
Inquired M. Woodley the farthest from the intruder
"There is a fourteenth person! This would explain a lot of things..." mumbled M. Doyle.
"So he could be the killer?" Demanded M. Grimsby nervously.
"Kyyyya!" Exclaimed Miss Diaz.
"No need to worry, we will be fine..." Asserted, Amelia. She was expecting a great show which would once again put her cousin in a funny situation.
"Could you reach my pocket?" Questioned the suspicious man
"Yes!!" Replied Finnian.
"I wasn't there yesterday, I was at the theatre. What is presented there these days?"
"The Lady of the Lake"
The gardening got out of his pocket a ticket for the said show. Well executed, she shall say.
"Sebastian asked me to come to help you investigate the murder. The message on my other pocket should prove that I tell the truth." Ciel took it out before promptly hide it in his own pocket. He couldn't have time to properly read what was written there, from what she understood it must have been a joke from his butler. His sarcasm was legendary and always the most interesting form of entertainment "He is Reverend Jeremy Rathbone, he is an acquaintance of Sebastian. He is known in his diocese for solving crimes in Grantchester, a great investigator. "
Amelia was trying very hard not to laugh hard, she had already met the gentleman. He was definitely not him. Although it was a good cover story, many journals had made articles on this notable religious member. She wouldn't be surprised if in the next years some other religious members would be assigned there and do the same, it may be the start of a long line of religious investigators. Who knows?
....
Moriarty was once again impressed by the event that unfolded. Another character had made his entrance. He was unexpected, it wasn't how he thought that this would settle down. The servants had found nothing a missed in their luggage. There was no way for a normal person to solve this case here and now. He may have to implicate himself at this point, this additional guest was may be the key to all this. Especially from whom he understood he was. As the chief let him free, he asked the right questions precisely.
"May I see the body in the respective rooms they were found?"
"Yes, Bran, Finnian, if you could do this..."
"Yes, young master."
"Where could I find dry clothes?"
"I think that the one of my butler will fit."
They mostly went back to the salon waiting for the servants to move the bodies. While the Count and the religious men went together elsewhere. Every guest was even more tensed.
"This still doesn't help us find the culprit!" burst out Woodley fiddling his rings.
"I agree with you, but this gentleman may help us see clearer in this affair."
"In the meanwhile, I am not letting any of you out of my sight" Woodley said looking directly towards Lady Amelia and Lau. They both put on a surprised look, but he had the feeling that they knew why he specifically targeted them.
"I believe that the culprit will be caught in a matter of hours." Said Moriarty in a low voice which made all of them shiver. It wasn't meant as a threat but it made everyone consider him more.
"If I had to point out the most suspicious person among us, it would be you! None of us has ever heard of your family or your name!"
The Lady was very amused by this fact. He imagined that she couldn't wait to see how he would defend himself. After all, it must be that she knew. Since the moment she revealed that she was aware of their groups most recent stuns, Williams assumed that she knew their whole story how they came in possession of their title.
