Paris, Hôtel particular d'Assy, a few hours later

"COMMENT EST-CE QUE CELA A PU ARRIVER! [How can this happened?] " screamed Charles d'Assy looking at three men.

The Marquess d'Assy didn't wait for their answer, he simply sliced their neck in one sword move. Blood was soaking the wooden floor. Ciel was now seriously questioning the sanities of the in-laws of the Phanthomhive. When he think about it, Elizabeth may be his cousin but she was as mad as his uncle in law. He always thought that uncle Charles was only a fool for his family and had a small business in China.

"S'il vous plait nettoyez ça avant que les enfants ne se réveillent [ Do clean this up before the children wakened up.]" said Aunt Charlotte while the servants started wiping the blood without questioning their masters.

This had to be about Amelia, she hadn't been back since she left the other night. Yes, he may have seen Amelia jumped from the fourth floor. Was he even surprised at this point? No. Plaining nope. Then as he heard screams, he awakened to find his aunt and uncle committing and camouflaging a murder. Great. Just great. Then he looked behind him to find his cousins. They didn't look too fazed albeit being slightly tensed by the kidnapping not the murders.

"Mother?" inquired his cousin Matthew getting down the stairs.

"I am afraid that your sister has been kidnapped." Said Aunt Charlotte looking at the top of the gigantic staircase.

He was spotted, he got down alongside the twin of Amelia. The atmosphere completely changed from yesterday. He felt as if he was meeting with Aristocrats of Evil. Maybe his cousins and the side of his aunt was more dangerous than expected. After all, his aunt Charlotte d'Assy was supposed to be the one inheriting the task of the Watchdog of the Queen.

"What?" Couldn't help Ciel say.

For an minute, his heart skipped a beat. Sebastian started emitting dark energy. All the four members of his family looked at his butler suspiciously. His family was really not an ordinary one, the Greater Demon retracted his growing dark aura and smiled. This meant that this news was enough to shake his resolve to seek his revenge. Damn. As he tried to stand up, his vision started to be blurred.

....

Prefecture de Police de Paris, early morning

"This is Sir William Withey Gull, he is an English citizen, he is the physician at the service of its majesty Victoria, he was suspected around the first murders of Jack the Reaper in the Est End. He is arrived at the same time as the victims started to pill up in Paris." Explained Arterton. He made Lestrade translate this.

The investigator was a bit puzzled. It wasn't a sufficient proof to condemn a man. Especially one associated with the Crown. There was something else that bothered Lestrade, he saw his superior look at the register of the hotel where was staying this Sir William Withey Gull. He was almost sure that it wasn't the same time of the arrival in the register when they sized it with the French police.

"They are saying great job." Translate back Lestrade.

Their chief nodded delighted. Lestrade could tell that he was already picturing himself reporting that the joint improvised mission with the French was a success. The whole inspector force of Scotland Yard rejoiced without questioning it. They were told to resume their chase of Richards Woods. Only Paterson and him remained.

"Are you all right? You seem puzzled." Said Paterson.

Lestrade didn't want to voice this, but it was bothering him. Arterton rose at an astounding rate as the Chief inspector of the Criminal department. Bloody hell.
