"I will wait for you." Said Li Jing, the young Chinese girl shed some tears. The baby in her arms smiled brightly as if trying to shed her tears.
The young brown hair men bid her farewell before embarking on this boat.
"妹妹放心, 一切都会安排好的。他要回来了. [You can rest assured that everything will be all right. He will be back.]" Said someone behind that woman patting her shoulders.
"Yes, I will wait for him." Said Li Jing whereas her older brother Haoyu looked at the horizon. Things were hectic as it was.
Little Cheng didn't know yet but he was born in a turmoil period, China was experiencing it right now. He had to ensure that his sister and newborn nephew were safe.

1856, Shanghai, household of the Li family
"CHENG D'ASSY!" screamed his mother from the house.
Cheng d'Assy didn't want to head back home. He knew that he should have never have been born. He only brought misfortune. He was so tired of this. People always looked at his mother and him with judgement. She had a child with a French nobleman out of wedlock, he was a bastard nothing more.
"What are you doing outside, little Cheng?" inquired his uncle Haoyun patting his head.
"Oh nothing, I just don't want to make her suffer anymore." Said Cheng expecting his uncle to give him the same look as his mother.
"Then, you should become stronger and make them respect your, nephew." He said trying to his his arm but Cheng swiftly evade the martial attack. "Why don't I introduce you to some of my friends?"
This very moment started his life within the gang that his uncle had contributed to empower, Qing Bang. He from now on led a life full of violence and blood. He never looked back, he didn't want to weakling anymore. No one would dare to disrespect him and his mother ever again. Or else, they will have to pay to price.
In the end, his father came back. He was left to grow up without a father, he was fine with that. The mere presence of such a simpleton would only hinder his grow within the group. The years passed, he managed to become an important chief of the gang. None could live within Hong Kong and Shanghai without knowing him name. He was known as a dangerous individual.

"Oh my god, I cannot believe it! Cheng d'Assy!!! What do you think you are doing???" screamed his uncle, the nickname Huangshang the tittle reserved to the chief of the organization.
"Nothing." He answered making his uncle sighed.
"YOU ARE NO BEAST! CAN YOU AT LEAST HOLD BACK A BIT?" he screamed louder at him under the snickers of the other executives.
"I am sorry." He mumbled making especially He Lei, the Black Turtoise of the North, have a fit of laughter even under the inquisitive look of his uncle.
Cheng d'Assy simply looked at the floor. Many people were whispering around him. He would soon rip their tongues off
"Now get out of my sight and don't cause anymore mayhem." Said their leader retreating to his quarters.
