Scotland Yard
"I cannot possibly give you confidential information concerning a closed case." Tried to reason Abberline with Sherlock Holmes.
Lestrade was sadly away and the other sorry of an inspector had given his resignation soon after he had dealt with the Study in Scarlet. Only the so-called next chief of Scotland Yard was here in the achieve room.
"Will this allow us?" inquired Sherlock showing an official authorization which he may or may not have stolen from Lestrade or that Amelia had coincidentally found but hadn't had the opportunity to give back to Lord Randal.
"How did you....?" Tried to say the poor inspector as Sherlock threw him the badge under the amused look of Amelia.
"It seems that Mary was right, these pearls started to be sent right after the death of her father's colleague." Stated the Lady.
He wanted to smile at her focused expression. It was the most adorable alongside the one that she made when she put someone else in their right place. No, he couldn't think that way anymore. Sherlock had to pay attention to figure out what the Lady's secrets were.

Sholto's residence, evening
John Watson couldn't believe this. He wished that his relationships were more normal sometimes. Just when he found the right woman for him, she had to be entangled in some sort of mystery. It didn't change the fact that he loved her but why him?
Meeting Sherlock had been a thrilling experience but he quickly realized that he was in fact quite abnormal, just his relationship with Lady Amelia d'Assy proved it. He was looking at the lady with eyes filled with admiration yet wary ones.
"My brother is keeping the treasure safely in his office. Let me guide you towards it." Said Thaddeus Sholto.
This man genuinely wanted to give back this treasure to Mary. Although, he could see that something was wrong with his fiancée. She was tensed since they had begun to investigate this affair. On the other hand, Amelia had not ceased to have this gleam in her eyes. Her frequent understanding looks with Sherlock made him fear the worse.
"What happened here!?" screamed one of the sons of the deceased Major Sholto.
Her lies the dead body of Bartholomew Sholto. The treasure was nowhere to find. This was getting out of hand. Amelia and Sherlock looked at the body. The lady had an irked look in her eyes. John didn't doubt that she could kill anyone who displeased her before her usual smile came back.

"This story is becoming more and more complicated, I would advise you against pursuing the search of the treasure of Agra. It will only bring trouble being money obtained by illegal means from the British military." Said Sherlock Holmes after they had heard about the whole story behind the pearls and the treasure.
Mary Morstan was known in her field for never giving up. No assassinations were too hard for her. Never had she failed to eliminate her targets. This is why even the mafias required her services.
"I am sorry but this treasure has to be found if only to shed some lights over the death of Mr. Bartholomew. Furthermore, we might be accused of murdering him since we have no alibi. We cannot let Thaddeus be accused of murdering his own twin." Said Mary.
She knew that Amelia and Sherlock were observing her. They weren't stupid.
"In any cases, we have to call the Yard. There is a dead man here." Added, Watson.
