A/ N This is an interlude to the main story, a crossover between this fanfiction characters and Shadowhunter's Infernal Devices. You are not obliged to read it but I have hinted a lot of times that there will be a crossover and that they are part of this universe as much as Sherlock Holmes, Moriarty and Ciel Phantomhive. I will reveal things about Amelia so I encourage you to read it even Ir you aren't a fan of TID😁😇
London, the street next to Fleet Street.
"If only something interesting could fall from the sky again..." mumbled a tall black hair man wearing deep blue trousers with a long coat.
No one on the street paid him much mind. Although for those who actually acknowledge him were mesmerized by this man. He transpired age beyond his own. He was walking back to the house that one of his acquaintances was lending him. He had paid a visit his dear friends, they were slowly making their family. It made him smile and sad at the same time, he knew that he would never be able to have one due to his race. He sighed, he ought to stop having such dark thoughts. As he turned a corner, his sight went black. He blinked twice.
"Hùnzhàng*! Tabarnack**! Bordel! Fucking shit, Holy hell that hurt! " He heard screamed in his ears. A young woman had fallen before him. She had deep black hair and was wearing a burgundy dress. It was simple enough to not stand out in a crowd but not quite to his fool his expert eyes. She was definitely a lady, no commoners could afford that kind of fabric.
"Oh, this is fantastic! It happened again, I should ask for things more often! England beautiful and magical country, I love you!" He said confusing the girl.
"I beg your pardon?"
"That my lady was the most beautiful sequence of swearing words that I have ever heard..." He said chuckling. Then, he observed her more. She had a delicate face, but not quite the English type, she was an undescriptive mix. As he offered his hand to help her, she took it. It was again surprising, no fear or hesitation.
As she stood up, he felt his magic swirl to life. It reacted to her, he was about to say something but he didn't have the time. The girl had back off from him a sword in one hand.
"Don't worry, I do not wish to hurt you..."
She looked like a graceful cat. In fact, it even makes him think of his Shadowhunter friends when they fought. Their movements were similar and yet different. It looked more unreachable than Tessa, Will and Jem's movements. She struck first almost pinning him on the ground.
"I can explain!" He tried to say but the lady wasn't having any of it.
She was decide to engage the fight with him. Very well if she wanted it, she will get it and afterwards, they will explain themselves. His hands became blue imbued by his magic. He threw a ball at her. She didn't look fazed at this. She dodged it calmly. Her sword quickly reciprocates by cutting part of his hair, she was dead accurate. They continued like this until the wizard flashed behind her and kick her back. As she was about to collide with the wall, a completely black-dressed man arrived to prevent the collision.
"My lady, it seems that I arrive just in time." He smirked while she didn't look at all please to see him.
"I told you to stop following me, I have no affairs with you today." The Lady barked at the man. Although, he didn't look at all insulted by the tone of the lady. Instead he put on a smile.
"As I was saying before you rudely ran away, my master has given me a few days of rest because of the last accident."
"This still doesn't explain what is your business here."
"Patience, my Lady. Being impatient is not worthy of a lady of your standing. " She was very annoyed by him. The servant was still holding her in his arms, she wiggled to get off." as I was saying, I am supposed to be on holiday, but Lin reminded me that I owned her for the other time. She asked me to protect you while she is away..."
